This is a quality product. You only need a small amount as it's very concentrated. It's delicious on scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, melted cheese, added to soups, and many other dishes. Highly recommended and excellent value for money if you love truffles but not the price.

It doesnโt taste as good as fresh black truffle but does add more flavor when it is cooked (I added it to garlic and green onion mashed potatoes). Even just from sometime in microwave, it makes it taste 10 times better, especially when paired with red meat (I put the truffle mashed potatoes in the microwave and then put the meat next to it and used the mashed potatoes as a dipping for said meat which added TONS of flavor to it).
