Truly a gentle product!
I am very sensitive to any kind of laxative and needed something gentle for my c-section recovery. This product is PERFECT! It truly is a gentle stool softener! I started with half a packet just to be safe and also because I was eating fibre rich foods as well and it was the perfect combination. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who’s got a sensitive stomach for laxatives.It dissolves quickly!It has no taste or grit! (i added it to apple juice and the juice was clear and tasted the same!)

Expensive but convenient
It frustrates me that this product is so expensive when it's simply polyethylene glycol like several other brands on the market. Having said that, though, this particular product in individual packets is perfect for travelling. Saves having to take a large plastic bottle.
