Does not feel like its working
Doesnt mMe me sweat any extra. I don't feel like it is working at all. I have a golds gym one ive had for years that works so good but it got a rip in it and thats the only reason I got this one. Back to using the ripped golds gym belt.

Awesome belt!
Purchased this belt to wear while running. Very comfortable to wear as I am 3 months postpartum and after having a csection, was looking for something comfortable and that could tighten my mid section without causing any discomfort.
