I love this product . I have been taking it for at least 5 years. Tastes good and you get your calcium and magnesium requirement . Quality is good

This calcium product taste great and provides assurance I am getting the amount I need

This product is liquid. It tastes good and is simple consisting of calcium, magnesium and Vit D. Most of the liquid calcium supplements are filled with other ingredients that upset my stomach but Bluebonnet is easy to digest. It mixes well with water (or what ever you want to mix it with). I take two tablespoons a day and it helps with my arthritus pain as well as giving me the required dose of the other ingredients. It now comes in a plastic rather than a glass container which is much lighter and easier to use. Since it is plastic I can also put it in my suitcase when I fly and not worry about the container breaking.

A nutritionist suggested I take Liquid Calcium after I complained that calcium carbonate pills were making me constipated. I normally associate calcium or magnesium supplements with the taste of powdered chalk---for that reason I can't stand antacids---so I was a bit skeptical. Surprisingly, the Bluebonnet Blueberry-flavored liquid was not only pleasantly flavored but smooth and easy to swallow. I noticed right away that the cramps in my feet and legs following a long day of walking disappeared. Two caveats, however: the first week I began taking the stuff, I got diarrhea from the magnesium and had to taper the dosage to one tablespoon a day. As my digestive system got used to it, I could slowly increase my intake to the recommended two tablespoons. The other is that the vitamin D3 in Liquid Calcium comes from lanolin. I'm not vegan, but a member of my family is and will not take this supplement on that account. It's too bad: I don't understand why they can't find another source for D3. But it is a good product and I recommend it for those who don't have issues with animal products or lanolin.

This is the best product. I take it before I go to bed and it helps me sleep through the night. The difference is noticeable. The flavor tastes like Blueberry, and it does not have a medicine taste. I take half the recommended dosage; I get most of my calcium from food sources.

I need to take calcium citrate for the rest of my life now that I've had bariatric surgery. I have been experimenting regarding what is the best way to get it into my body - this liquid, capsules, or loose powder. This product is the easiest to manage - by far. I do not like that you need to keep it refrigerated. I also don't like that you have to measure it out 2 times a day and also remember to take it 2 times a day. I am frequently either at my boyfriend's house or we are away camping on the weekends (I know my life is rough lol) - so having to remember to pack this refrigerated item is a total pain in the hind end for real. The taste is manageable and the texture is doable (yes there is a texture to deal with - it's chalky y'all) It's a little pricey. Even though I'm not a huge fan - this is by far the best way to get your calcium citrate into your body. I will be re-purchasing it for a good long while. YAY me.

Great product and great time of delivery

I got four of these this month. All four of them have a revolting taste that reminds me of the way moth balls smell. I can't return them. I will have to try to choke it down. I never had a problem with this product before. This is a new problem. Next day: I had to throw the product away. There was something seriously wrong with it that began to upset my stomach plus the taste was so horrid, I could not choke it down. This is a loss of about $60. Going online, I see there are other brands of flavored, liquid magnesium citrate and I ordered some of that to try. Just remember that if you order the Blue Bonnet and it is bad, you've lost your money. Take that chance if you want.
