KAVU Sidewinder Crossbody Bag With Adjustable Rope Strap - Jewel Pop

When the Kavu purse arrived I transferred items from my once-beautiful, but now tattered, Vera Bradley purse. I was surprised how similar the patterns looked when placed side-by-side. It was not intentional, just a funny consistency in what colors and patterns are attractive to me. I was happy that the zipper that allows the purse to expand is pale pink, not peach or coral. I couldn’t tell by the image on Amazon’s website, and the description did not mention the color. The purse is not very wide, even with the zipper opened up to allow for expansion. I think that is great for me, since I tend to put too much in my purse, and it gets heavy. The limited space will keep me from overloading. The Kavu has enough pockets to let me separate keys and sunglasses from cellphone and credit cards. The light blue/aqua interior makes it easy to see what is at the bottom of my purse. The only convenience I miss is a dedicated pen slot. I am still analog in this very digital world, and I like having a pen readily available. I am looking forward to this canvas material holding up for several years. I am not a purse switcher. I use the same purse for almost all occasions, so it gets used non-stop. The strap and zipper are also very strong and secure. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love kavu products. I finally had to retire my other kavu purse after sever years of rough use, and I bought this! It is bigger than the other purse I had. I can fit everything I need into this purse. It has nice roomy pockets. I love the beautiful pattern. I know it will last a long time, it is so sturdy and well made!

I love this bag. I’m a huge Kavu fan and have quite a few styles and prints. They just have a great knack for making useful bags. The colors are always amazing. This purse is no exception. The teal color is as pictured. I love that this bag expands (for those days that you need a little more space). The pockets are all well placed and organized. I’m pretty tough on my Kavu bags and I’ve never had any issues with them showing wear and tear. They are very tough sturdy bags that I take to the grocery store or on a hike.

I love this bag! I studied abroad in Spain this past summer and I wanted a purse/bag that I knew I would use again once I got back to the States- and I have! I LOVE that the main compartment can expand. I could fit my wallet, apartment keys, phone, 3 water bottles, and a few other things when the main section was unzipped to expand. Then, once I got tired of carrying everyone's stuff (lol) while we're walking around all of Europe, I could zip it right back up and it didn't feel like my stuff was floating around in a massive abyss. It was literally so perfect! I just walked around with it in front of my body and kept my hand on the top of it so that nobody could stick their hand in there, even if they wanted to. I also love the back pocket to keep my passport in so it was against my body and I knew that no one was going to make it to that pocket without me knowing. It's one of my most favorite purchases!

The quality of this bag is great. The bag has plenty of room for any crossbody bag lover. The strap is adjustable. The problem I have is the Velcro closures. The front flap where your phone might go, and on the next larger compartment. The main compartment is magnetic snap. The back pocket has a zipper and there is an inside zipper pocket. There is an outside expansion zipper like you would see on luggage as an option to give slightly more room in main compartment. I like all except the Velcro and have returned it.

I just love everything about Kavu bags! I discovered them when I was visiting my daughter in Tennessee. My daughter already had one(the slingrope), needless to say, I HAD to get my grandgirl the mini one for her birthday & I HAD to have one!! : ) They are one of the best quality bags I've had the honor, for sure. You can FEEL the quality, and the prices are really very reasonable, especially here on Amazon. So I now have the wallet & this spring bag. My sling rope for fall/winter & this one for spring/summer, I just love it! When I walk into a store, I have to remind myself that I don't have to look for a purse, lol! I love this bag much more than I thought I would. I can easily fit my water bottle and small coffee thermos in the large interior snap space - and a stuff-it rain coat and iPad with the space extended; my phone and a small notepad in the velcro pocket; coin purse and small wallet in the exterior zip pocket; lipstick, pens and penlight in the interior zip pocket; and house and car keys, sunglasses and cigarette case in the outside velcro flap pocket. I clip hook my office keys to the strap so they fall inside the bag but can be easily reached. It's perfect for my daily workplace essentials. The fabric is sturdy and practical and can be machine washed, plus it's stylish. The hardest thing is deciding which color/fabric to select.

Love this bag, so many compartments I forget how many options I have. Great pattern too. I love Kavu bags, so durable and the rope strap is comfortable. Had to switch from my rope bag because it was too hard to access while carrying children. This is great as a crossbody purse. Haven't had to expand it yet, but that is a fantastic option for a little more space.

Es un gran bolso, los materiales se nota que son de a calidad y luce muy lindo. El único inconveniente es que al ser lona y color negro se ensucia fácilmente, no limpio mucho mis bolsos pero con este lo tengo que hacer frecuentemente.
