I thought this mask may be drying due to the clay. I was wrong. After using this my face feels clean, looks brighter and is hydrated. I use it twice a week at night. I notice a subtle, but noticeable difference in my skin. I really like this mask. It's an affordable basic that does it's job.

While in the bottle this product is a pure liquid very thin very runny. But as soon as you start rubbing it onto your skin it starts turning into clay and hardening. So applying it is an interesting just sensation. It's also shocking pure white once it's on your skin and hardens. Which looks quite amusing so I decided to take some amusing photos with it. I had just got a new outfit that I thought would make me crack up with that solid white face. I've used it a couple of times now and I have not noticed any sort of result at all. I do have to say it smells very nice. It is a very tiny bottle. I haven't noticed results but my skin does feel nice afterwards. I don't look any brighter but it feels nice.

I like it but the whitening creams work better for hyperpigmentation. It’s easy to apply. No burning. It smells nice and makes skin feel soft.

Effective and cooperative addition to any anti-aging facial using targeted vitamin C products. I will say facials like this are often irritating to sensitive skin and this product is really no exception as I think it is likely a little too harsh for sensitive skin types, however it's worth nothing that with any facial where lots of Vitamin C is used there is potential for some redness and peeling as the skin is resurfaced.This mask works well with my clients who are looking for an overall evening of skin tone or a brightening of dull skin. I like to apply this with a silicone brush after using a microdermabrasion scrub that uses very small particle vitamin C crystals to ensure skin is prepped to really allow the product to work. I find using a few cooling/restorative products like cactus soothing gel help during the procedure to tone down the intensity as well. Overall I'm satisfied with the quality and action of this product and find it effective especially when used with complimentary products focused on targeting a singular objective like age reversal. Recommended, but do use caution on sensitive skin if your client/you are bothered by irritation after more aggressive treatments.

Mario Badescu Brightening Mask. I have tried and liked several of Mario Badescu products including the drying lotion and facial sprays, so I looked forward to trying out this Brightening Mask. Also, I occasionally use Vitamin C serum and have heard of its brightening effects so I wanted to see what this brightening mask with Vitamin C would do. It didn’t disappoint! It’s great! Its refreshing, noticeably smooths and brightens my skin! It has a glue like consistency and feel out of the container. It dries white and cakey but not as flakey as my charcoal masks. It’s easy to use. I apply on with a mask brush, leave on 10 mins and wash off with warm water. When applied, it has a slight tingling feeling, similar to my Vitamin C serum. Overall, I see results, recommend!

I use Mario badescu products and they really cleared up my face like never before. Now that my acne was clear and my face was free of bumps I decided to buy the Brighting mask for dark spots, worst decision ever! I feel like I took 10 steps backwards the mask immediately broke my face out! I do love his products but stay away from the mask..
