This hair color is the best I’ve ever used. I specifically looked for a hair color that is plant based and cruelty free. Just remember to use a plastic bowl and a hair coloring brush. You measure equal amounts of each bottle and it mixes into a lightweight gel. That means you can have leftovers if your hair is short or if you’re just coloring new growth. Great for covering gray. It is almost odor free. And even though I have an old tee shirt for the job, it actually washed out. I hope beyond hope that this product stays avsilable forever!

Works well but stains the hell outta your skin. Had to switch to "Simpler" which is far more expensive per application but doesn't stain skin at all

Lasting natural product

I have been coloring my hair for 40+ years. Until I found this product I bounced from one product to another. Now it is nothing but Herbitant 2N for me. Love how it is all natural and colors my gray.

Pros: - NO smell - doesn't dry or damage hair - can easily measure out the right amount without wasting. My hair requires more than one bottle, but less than two, so just measure out in a hair color mixer bottle. - hair still looks healthy and shiny. - Received compliments on the color. Cons: - Color fades, but pros make this worth it. Probably wouldn't be so noticeable if the color I use (looks black) were to be the same as my natural color (dark brown).

its alright

This company tries to make the most natural product they can and I think they do a pretty good job. I have used Herbatint for years and have never switched. Sometimes dyes won't "take" to gray hair but this one does very well for me.

There was a problem. The seller solved the problem quickly. The product is good, unlike other hair colors, the smell is minor.
