Product lives up to the hype. Items included are good quality and well picked. The organizational labeled inner pockets within, is such a relief to sort thru in a pinch. I’ve a piece a mind knowing my big out bag is at the ready in any disaster situation.

I was looking forward to my purchase, as I had researched the product. However, I was truly disappointed at it. This is not the same product/ quality as the YouTube version. A few thing didn’t work, for example the batteries were expired, I couldn’t get the flashlight to work. The hand warmer set is going to expire soon. There was no instructions about the tools, I had to do more research to learn about them. This emergency pack suppose to be ready-to-go. In addition, the customer service was a real hassle at Amazon. It turns out, the product is non returnable by the seller which is odd, because the Uncharted website provides 30 days return policy. So I had to fill out a question form through Amazon App to the seller. The seller did respond via email, not via Amazon App. I didn’t check my email on Friday night, so missed it. I was very frustrated with theses kind of awkwardly complicated communication. The lesson I learned is MUST check the return policy, and purchase quality items on the company website instead of Amazon.

I wouldn't rate any single item in this package as top quality. Nothing in there will last beyond 72 hours. First aid kit - Basically an Altoids kit with scissors. Pay the $40 dollars for it if you only need 8 band-aids. Knife - Will hold an edge 72 hours, but not much more. Handle is so poorly designed, if you use it, you'll use all 8 of those band-aids. Air filtration - If the standard is N95, this is an N12. Tent & blanket - Mylar, which will last 72 hours if there's nothing pokey in your area. Water - A plastic filter nearly guarantees beaver fever, but that's hits after 72 hours, so Unbound is covered. The bag is nice though. All in all, you could come up with a better survival kit from your kitchen right now. For free.
