Great idea not good design
Attaching the balloons was simple enough but I didn’t use the length of the rod so the balloons would not stay together. Then the clamps broke first time using it. Not happy the clamps are hard plastic and snapped off easily.

It's not as stable as it looks on the pictures., but it does the job. I used it for my baby shower and it looked good.

The assembly part was easy, but it doesn’t hold/lock into place. The sticks kept popping out of the clamps no matter how many ways we tried getting it to stay in place. They provided two straw like tools that are to combine the clamps and the pole but they don’t work.
