It's very much pigmented.
Like the color of shades and its pigmented... but I received one shade broken.... I didnt exchange it as I need it urgently ... so I request amazon to take care of this next time.

It has great shades but 3 shades were broken but I really like it and I think it is really good for beginners !!I read the ratings and I was confused that I should buy it or not and if you are also confused ??I would say go for it cause it has grate shades...
