It put me to sleep! I have no energy during the day. This product stood out from the plethora of caffeine pills so I got it. First thing in the morning I took it. Fell fast asleep within the hour. I use it as a night time sleep aid.

Insufferable Itching
I saw this product and it looked interesting so I took it and randomly I was hit with this insufferable itching. I found out why, the God damn niacin in this product has that side effect if you are allergic to it (like me). Did the product work? Yes, it actually did but damn those itches. It's not worth it.
