If you have thin lips I'm about to change your life. Their 24 hr (looks similar but says 24 and comes with a balm end) as a base coat - two coats, then this over it for your gloss INSTEAD of the balm (has oil in it so don't use that), and you are good to go literally all day. Caps always look much darker than the gloss. Gloss is semi-sheer and since it's also a stain, it will meld with longwear lipsticks rather than sit on top. This will also work with other brands of longwear that flake off on you in the middle and are impossible to reapply, but just put this on and it will fill it in and meld with it rather than looking ridiculous. Works like a charm. You're welcome. Enjoy! Now, on it's OWN, it's lovely, but with my superthin lips it doesn't have a huge staying power. It may with someone with regular or bigger lips that aren't constantly fully touching with every word, but not on me. I have near lipstick proof lips. LOL This combo is the ONLY thing on the planet that actually works for me and gets me through an event without having to constantly reapply. I MAY have to reapply this gloss over the longwear after a meal just to refresh, but other than that, it pretty much lasts and looks lovely. Soft pink color is fab.

Love the colors and that it is more of a stain than a lipstick. I don't mind that it isn't super glossy. My one pet peeve is that several of the applicators have lost the head at the end as a result of pulling it in and out of the tube. After the first one got lodged inside the tube, I attempted to be very careful with the others but over time, they too have brown off the end of the applicator stick. It is messy and imprecise to use it without including a lip brush. Disappointing for such a great product!

As everyone else has mentioned, the sponge applicator tip doesn't even make it out of the package - it falls off into the lipstick in the bottle! A cotton swab is too large to poke down into the bottle to get the lipstick out. Ended up with a useless container with unattainable lipstick inside.

I love how this looks and feels when I first put it on. After about 45 minutes the glossy look is gone and I am left with just the color which still looks good. After about 3 or 4 hours there is just a hint of color left. Doesn't last 10 hours for me .

Even prepping my lip (exfoliating) I can't seem to get it to stay on longer than 4 hours. It's better than usual, but I hate reapplying, so if you're only looking to be covered half the day, this is what you're looking for!

I love all of Maybelline product but this does not last for 10 hours, the most it last on for me was 2-3 hours. other than that it was a nice color and had a very nice scent to it.

Does not last long as expected the taste is a little off as well. Guess that is why they are no longer making them, I use them over anohter produce that does stay on for a moist look

Discontinued color... was happy to grab the last one. Didn't have the protective plastic around it, so I seriously hope this was not previously used. It did feel a little different than I remembered...

A bit disappointed in the colour but that was my falt. Nice lipstick
