i purchased these shades for my new home, i have gone through about 7 different companies for a decent shade, price and most of all the size that either was not carried from other dealers, including Home Depot, Lowes, JC Penny, Target, and finally Amazon, had the large size, top quality shade, great price in comparison to others, shipped quickly, and didn't realize they were cordless shades which with a light touch from the bottom up they go so easily. I am extremely happy for my privacy shades, and will consider the rest of the house. Ann Marie Lorenti

I bought these horizontal blinds and the size was exactly as I order it. They look as a costume made blinds and of good quality. The installation was easy, thought instead of using the expansions and screws that comes with the kit, I used stronger and bigger expansions due to the size and weight of the blinds.

I was really impressed with the quality of the blind. I had mini blinds on the bathroom window and was unsure if I would like the wider blinds, but it brightened the window, and made it easier to raise and lower the blinds. I would recommend this product.

Love the finished product! I wanted them very snug since they were installed in a bedroom and i didn't want any extra light coming in the sides. I ordered 1/4" less than the width of the window. The blinds fit fine but to install them, the brackets and end caps made it too wide to install. I happened to have a contractor at my house doing another project. He took off the plastic end caps and then with metal cutter scissors he trimmed the ends of the brackets. Then they fit fine. No need to replace the plastic end pieces. Also, there are two screw holes in the side of the brackets and one on top. To use the one on top you have to fit the screw driver through the round hole in the bracket. You can't use an electric screwdriver. Ended up just using the side screws which was plenty. Some reviewers said that theirs did not come with instructions. Mine did come with a sheet of instructions. Also, my window sill is only 1" and these blinds are 2" slats. They stick out a little but they look great, no issue with that. On top I have a valance that covers the top mount although i don't think that it would be an issue that it sticks out a little. I didn't use the trim piece.

The only reason I’m giving three stars is because there is a lack of instructions. Most of it is fairly straight forward. There isn’t anything about adding the side molding on the top and it seems impossible to get it to sit flush. This leaves the blinds looking completely unfinished. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help. It’s been past just 30 days so I can’t return them. With the way they look now, they’re unusable. The rest of it looks and works fine but this small detail leaves me having to buy new blinds. I’m not happy about that.

Didn't come with the side extenders to cover the metal base. Overall they are nice shades and I love the no drawstring. The twist to open clicks a lot and I wonder if it's broken or will break. Overall, the look is nice, the color is a slightly gray'ish white, not pure white.

Wow!!! These blinds completely surpassed my expectations! I love the way they retract!!! They look super nice with or without the added trim. We left ours without! Perfect fit in my kitchen window! Thank you! I will be buying more!

The directions for installing these blinds are not great, but I was looking for 361/2 inch blinds with a 84 H for a while and didn't want to get custom. These are affordable and look excellent. I didn't use the decorative cover so I can't speak on installing that. I decided to actually buy more for the other rooms in my home. Highly recommend
