The seat on my Husqvarna garden tractor split in two places. While it still holds my butt, it looks bad and will likely get worse. I bought this item, size medium. I had to remove the armrests, which I always thought were stupid accessories anyway. I always leave them up. I suppose I could cut six holes in the fabric and reinstall the armrests but why bother. I like the pockets in the back. I and leave a couple of tools back there for easy reach. It fits very well and looks nice.

This item worked great. what a value for the price. A new seat is so very expensive when there are just a few cracks and this solved the issue.

I was a little hesitant to order any seat cover for my 20 yoa mower but decided on this one since it wasn't overly expensive. It arrived and I immediately installed it over my old, ripped seat. The seat back slides down from the top and the seat section wraps around the sides and under with a strap and buckle to pull the back tight. This seat fit perfect, tightened up and looks great. The pockets on the back probably won't get used, but they're there if you need them. I've used it a couple of times with the cover on and so far, the cover hasn't slid around, stretched or moved a bit. I've very pleased with this cover.

I have used this cover on a zero turn mower, 2 small john deere tractors and a toro workman. They fit and look great on all of them and cover up unsightly cracks - good for protecting new seats as well

The cushion part of the seat on my Craftsmen lawn tractor was pulling apart from the frame so I figured it was time to order a new seat. To my dismay the $128.00 seat I ordered to replace it would not line up with the existing bolt holes and I was not going to risk drilling new holes, so I returned it. I'm very glad I did as when I continued my quest to find a replacement seat, I came across this seat cover. Wow what a difference! It fit (as advertised) like a glove. The best part the price was less than 15% of the price of a new seat!

This was purchased for a 20 year old 2002 Craftsman LT1000 Lawn Tractor. The OEM 10" low back profile seat has the standard cracks stabilized with Gorilla tape, refreshed yearly, on the vinyl upholstery but has held up rather well considering its aging and weathering. An OEM replacement, even discounted, would cost 7-8 times the cost of this seat cover. Like others have noted, it's nice to have a smooth cloth finish over the taped up seat now.The small size cover I ordered fits the seat well but is not a perfect conformed fit. Just wish it had some additional padding - there is no additional padding in the cover. I may try some 1-2 inch flat shipping foam pads or upholstery padding I have and cut them to fit the seat bottom but I suspect they will move/slide around unless glued or taped down.Bottomline - if cost is a factor this seat cover is a perfect choice and a definite money saver plus good repair investment especially on older, weathered riding mowers. Note: this mower has been in the garage for about 6-8 years, so the seat cracks are not as bad as they probably would have been if I'd left it outside with or with a waterproof cover.
