I bought this as a gift for my mom who really wanted to start her weightloss journey. This really helped her control what types of foods she was eating. They were fairly durable, too, and had no problem being microwaved or ran through the dishwasher.

I love the product, I needed extra containers for the 21 day fix program and didn't want to pay what beachbody wanted. This product was offered half price on prime day so I bought it, for some reason they charged me full price :(. Not happy about that but a great product nonetheless

I did not know how much I would love these containers and they are already labeled. Easy to use. Love this set.

They are what they say they are. But I will say the orange containers are quite easy to misplace. Overall I was a little underwhelmed.

same thing as 21 day fix by you know who. just without the CD but there's loads of free work out stuff on line.at a third of the price. By the way. once you set your mind to it, the portion pots works! I learnt that I eat 8 times more carbs (rice pasta bread) in a day than I should be! and not enough veg! no wonder I didn't loose any weight despite of exercising regularly. im also using this to teach my teenager about eating correct portions.

At first, they seem too tiny for food portions, but once you actually use them, you find that they are adequate and really help with controlling the portions of certain food groups.It means you don't have to weigh your food nd you are eating the correct proportions in your meals. I found my carbs intake before using these were far too high.I would highly recommend these for anyone who wants to lose weight or just watch their portions for medical reasons etc..

Excellent. Well made. Scary on how small average portions should be. Good eco matrix Ira love and great drinking cup. Use it all the time for the gym.

These are fantastic and in my opinion are better than the real 21 day fix containers that my wife has. The only difference between these and the 21 day fix is that they don't have the DVDs. These have etchings into the plastic instead of stickers like the 21 day fix has and thus in my opinion are better as there are no stickers to fall off. Also, the shaker container on the real thing have some sort of plastic mixer at the top that these don't have but we don't even use the shakes so it doesn't matter to us. Don't hesitate to buy these.

Identical to the 21 day fix but a fraction of the price! I like these containers even better than the 21 day fix one because the labels are imprinted into the container rather than placing a sticker on them! I was impressed that the containers came with lists of foods and portions as well. They have held up great in the dishwasher.

Exactly what it claims! Wish the shaker cup had the swirly metal ball like the ones from a health store (i.e. GNC) but for the price this is amazing! Exactly like ones from 21 day fix program.

I enjoy using these to meal prep without having to weigh my food. I also like that the seal is tight enough to put liquids like dressing in them and not worry about it leakage. The shaker bottle is a bonus!

This is a knock off the original containers are not labeled which is helpful, quality okay but should say that it is not the original 21 day eating plan.
