Installing apps when you don’t see them initially
Runs great, once you get it working.Was super frustrated when I initially set this up though. No matter what I did or tried the preloaded apps were unavailable, and every time I clicked on download it redirected us to Google Play. Unplugged the box for a couple of days and was getting ready to return when I thought I’d give it one last try first. Sure enough after plugging it back in the download screen finally stopped taking me to Google Play and finally displayed the screen with the preloaded apps to download. From there it was the easy “one-click” installation that I’ve been seeing the Q&A section, but man did I go through hours of frustration first.I have no idea what the magic fix was, but for anyone else having the same issue, I’d say try unplugging it a few times.

Please kindly let me know how can I watch local TV programs such as ABC, CBS, and NBC with A3?

Live and recorded Chinese TV from many different channels. Works great!
Bought this so my wife could watch live Chinese TV, and it has delivered on this! Many channels from mainland China including all the CCTV channels along with many city stations. Also there are Taiwan and HK stations as well as Japan and South Korea. There is much we haven't even explored yet!The box system is a little strange as you have to download apps to watch any programs and you're unsure which app does what. I found one app just called "Live TV" and that has done everything we wanted. The other apps are more for movies or Chinese TikTok/live streamers that we're not interested in. So far so good!

Unable to open the APP on the device.
Just received the device and tried to set it up.After connected it to the internet via WiFi, it could not open the APP to work.Would contact their support for further help before to return it!

The Winter Olympics have this box so satisfying!
This A3 box supports on-demand viewing of many channels in mainland China, and also supports 7-day storage and viewing, and it does not freeze. It is great for people like me who like to stay at home!

Not as good as the older model. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Has to turn off & on numerous times to get it to work, on going issue. Box has issue from day one, kept having to turn off & on unit while you are watching to reset unit, now it stop work all together, reach out to seller, absolutely no help from them! Piece of junk!

Be careful to purchase this product
I bought this device in April 2022 and it already has quit working... I tried to get its Customer service to help, but NO luck!! Very disappointed.
