Balloons were just white basic not very large balloons but the banner looked pretty with the lights.

Disappointed Balloons are not what is advertised.
I have just received the banner and they are a cream rubber and very thin, in fact I will not say what they remind me off. Banner appears to be okay, had to order some more white balloons from different supplier.
