The Anti-KC BBQ Sauce
BBQ sauce is like pizza and ice cream -- everyone has a different flavor preference. I like a good balance of vinegar and sugar in BBQ sauce (I consider KC style and most of the stuff on the grocery store shelves too sweet). This strikes a balance for me that is just about perfect.
