Good for sourdough.
Using this for making sourdough. Very happy with it. Someone mentioned use by dates which concerned me a little as it was on offer. Mine is April 2026 and I purchased in September 2025 so that’s fine.

Good quality flour
Use this to feed my sourdough starter and then use half this flour and half of a wheat germ flour to make a lovely loaf. Well wrapped this time, so no leakages.

MAKES GREAT BREAD
This makes a great light bread that cuts and toasts equally well. I mix this sometimes with organic wholewheat flour for a denser bread when I feel like a change. Buying in bulk works out cheaper and I have found it difficult to find organic white flour, so this is now my everyday go to. Very happy to recommend.

Excellent flour for making various breads
I purchased this flour to make various types of bread. I'm having a lot of fun making bread on the weekends, and the bread tastes delicious. Home made bread tastes a lot better than supermarket bread, and it's cheaper! I've tried various types of flour, but this flour is now my goto.
