They are Magical
My doctor recommended these and they are wonderful. The only problem is that they are not available in the US and come from England. Shipping time is longer because of that.

Older UK Product WA Better
This product is still better than the US version but the older UK product was really good. This is the best product for reflux.

The best version of Gaviscon
If you have heartburn, acid reflux or any other similar condition this is the best antacid you can find. It's work much better than the version of Gaviscon sold in the US. I have severe acid reflux, and I discovered this while in Germany. Why this product isn't readily available in the US in baffling. Try this and I assure you you'll find the relief you're looking for.

Better Than Plain Calcium Carbonate Tabs
This stuff, though it takes time to get and is more pricey, works better for me than inexpensive calcium carbonate tablets. In addition to neutralizing stomach acid, it coats my esophagus, which is important. I only need a single tablet during night when I detect reflux starting. Back to normal within a few minutes.

Like that it's easy to carry around. Great for bloat or heartburn. Works immediately! I discovered in UK, then found Amazon could get it in US!
