Good lights but very short electrical cord that was way too short to work for us. We had to buy extension lead.

These spotlights were just what I was looking for use as garden uplighters. Very bright light (I have the 7W option, the manufacturer makes 4 power levels) is given off and they appear to be well made and robust. Having a fit for life bulb should make it more waterproof than having access into the body to replace a bulb. Nice flexible cable. Being mains powered removes the need for in-line or plug-mounted transformer, which is a pain for outside work. I have now bought another pair but without the plugs, which I had to cut off and connect together with a waterproof connector. I can't see many situations where a 13 amp plug would be the best option. Can't comment about longevity of these, but fingers are crossed.
