Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Orthopedic Insoles Relieve Flat Feet Heel Pain Shock Absorption Comfortable Insoles

Great pair of insoles, I’ve tried many insoles including name-brand ones, gel insoles, foam insoles and more but these have been the most comfortable and most supportive. They have good arch support which helps to maintain correct foot posture and prevents flat feet & over-pronation which means you don’t get any plantar fasciitis, arch pain or metatarsal pain. They are thick and durable but have good flex and for the money I really think they are good value. Size-wise I bought UK size 10 and they fit perfectly in most size 10-11 shoes and work boots, they don’t slip around or fold over at all but are still easily taken out to put into different shoes.

These are brilliant! They really do work. Fits into my crocs perfectly. Very comfortable and helps take the pain away. Wasn’t able to wear in my walking boots or trainers though as pushed my foot up too high so I would probably need to get a bigger sized of footwear (as someone else suggested on here). But I wear my crocs around the house so it works out perfectly for me. Speedy delivery and well packaged. I would highly recommend these for anyone who suffers from plantar fasciitis!

Great insoles. Bought to help plantar fasciitis and have made a real difference. Have bought extra pairs since. Sizing accurate too and I have used them in work shoes, football boots and trainers without issue.

I bought these because my (cheap) steelies were too flat to walk in comfortably, also the original insole had become frayed. These insoles are very comfortable and durable. I have been wearing them for entire work weeks for over half a year now and they are still going strong with no signs of falling apart. Worth the price even without needing them for plantar fasciitis.

This is my second pair of these for additional shoes and I cannot recommend them enough. I have a damaged tendon in my right heel that has caused my foot to fall inwards and in my left foot PF. I've been on the waiting list for a big operation on my right foot for realignment but after using these I've now opted out the op and all that hassle as these keep my arch fully supported and my feet completely aligned whilst standing and walking. I've tried foam bottoms, gels all sorts spent stupid money trying out insoles but these are 100% win me. Fit perfectly in my size 5 shoe too.

While they helped at the time (hence 3 stars not 1), they start to fall apart after a month or two with the covering detaching from the sole

The reviews don't lie. These are top quality and have an immediate impact on reliving pain from plantar fasciitus. I'm a 6ft1 105 kg male mid 40s who's only just realised that the pain in my heels in the mornings which wears off after 30 mins is also related to why walking long distances has become painful. Plantar fasciitus. These insoles are made of a hard shell like material which I'm really hopeful will last over time. The size was perfect, the size 11 insoles perfectly fit my UK 11 boots. They are really well shaped to lift the heel. There's also a little ball for the inner part of the arch which I wasn't sure about at first, but I got used to quickly during the day, and got to like it. The relief was almost immediate. After walking all day yesterday without them and nearly being unable to walk this morning, I've just walked around town and was in no serious discomfort at all, despite being in the same boots as yesterday but having just added these instead of the original insoles. I've just bought two more pairs for my other shoes, I was so impressed. Time will tell how long they last, but I'm hopeful. Update a month later: these are so good I've even got them in my slippers now. Instant morning relief.

I accidentally bought size 40/41, my feet size is 42 but Adidas shoes are usually smaller. So that even this one fits very well. The most important point is its solidity, this is a firm insole. It supports arch very well, I have tested by walking 10K steps in before I had some pain after some steps but this supports my feet very well and I am not feeling the pain anymore.

Très bon produit lors de la présence d’une épine calcanéenne. Matériau souple pour le confirt mais assez rigide pour la tenue de la voûte. Il paraît que la tenue dans le temps est bonne (dixit mon kiné). Attention que l’épaisseur est plus importante que les semelles présentes dans les chaussures. Certaines paires n’acceptent pas la semelle, dans d’autres je déchausse plus facilement. Conseil : mesurer la taille de la semelle présente dans votre chaussure pour choisir la taille en cm et pas en pointure de pied
