Discontinued
I love this lipstick but it is now no longer available as they have changed the range. So annoying. This gives long-lasting colour and makes your lips look and feel a little plumper. Glad that I can get discontinued stock on Amazon but annoyed that I'll eventually have to search for a new fave

Gorgeous
Love these lip pens, I have three colours now and they're all beautiful, lovely creamy matt finish, but if you want a more glossy look, just pop gloss or Vaseline lip over the top. They really last too.

FINALLY! I've finally found that perfect elusive shade! After extensive research online for the right cool toned muted purple/lilac lip color, I decided on "Embellishment." Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! 😃🎉 Might sound silly to be this happy about finding a lip color, but I'm not one of those girls that can pull off just any lipstick color. I don't have those gloriously pouty model lips. They aren't weird or anything lol, but just not that flawless, full pout that I want to draw tons of attention too, so I put my focus on more bold smoky eye makeup and keep my lips in the neutral zone. The older I've gotten though (37 now), the more I've found the importance of adding a pop of color and definition to the ol' puckeroos. Thus my dilemma finding a balance between definition without *too* much definition. With all that being said, here's a breakdown of my own traits to hopefully help some of you other gals with similar features decide if the "Embellishment" shade is right for you... I'm female, Caucasian, with light-to-medium cool toned skin, very dark brown hair (cool ash toned), and teal eyes (I call them teal because I literally can never decide if they look more blue or green, it's a blend). I look best in silver jewelry and deep cool earthy shades, such as dark teals, navy, plum, maroon, deep earthy green, black, etc. As a handy tip... If you are unfamiliar with undertones and what your own unique color profile is, an easy way to determine this is to look at the veins on your inner wrist and inner elbow. If the veins look blue, you are probably cool toned like me. Which means you have either pinkish or bluish undertones to your complexion. You look best in the colors I outlined above. As far as lipsticks go, you should look for shades with subtle blue, lilac, grey, or purple undertones (as opposed to warmer yellow, orange, golden, or olive undertones). If your veins look more green, you probably have a warm toned complexion, which means you have more golden, olive, or yellowish undertones to your skin. You will look best in gold jewelery and warmer colors with hints of yellow, orange, golden, and olive in their base. When it comes to lipstick, you want to look for things with subtle yellow/orange/olive undertones. If you can't really determine whether your veins look blue OR green, you may have neutral undertones, which is somewhat self explanatory. That doesn't mean you are literally looking for those specific colors btw, we're just talking about the very subtle undertones of the overlying shade. For instance, you can have a "cool" red (with bluish undertones) vs. a "warm" red (with yellowish undertones). An example would be a deep burgundy wine red vs. a bright fire engine red. In neutral shades you can have a cool toned fawn shade with more grey undertones vs. a more warm peachy or yellowish beige. These subtle differences make a HUGE difference in how makeup and clothing looks on you! So it's well worth determining your own coloring profile, as it will make shopping for makeup and accessories far more productive and enjoyable. 😉

I’ve bought the color “embellishment” a few times both at stores and online on Amazon when I couldn’t find this anywhere anymore. It’s one of my favorite lip products and the color is fantastic. It applies smoothly and lasts for a long time before needing to touch up. If you eat or drink a lot, it does kind of separate and look cakey but if you’re careful, it shouldn’t be a big problem. I really like the crayon style and the sharpener included is nice too so even though it’s a big lipstick, you can use it with precision.

I've always been pleased with NYX's Lip Lingerie lines and the Push-Up is no exception. The Liquid Lip, Lip Slicks and this Push-up all have great long wear and beautiful color selections, even into cool-based neutrals territory, which I find sorely lacking with other cosmetics lines. The Push-up product is not moisturizing - and it's not meant to be. I have no clue where the "Push Up Plumping Action" is. I think that's just a li'l marketing jazz for ya. (Maybe a side-effect of a matte color being applied to the very edges of the lip lines a la Kylie Jenner?) That's OK with me, tho - I didn't believe it before I bought it, so I'm not let down. I bought it for long wear and the color I love - Embellishment. This is a long-wearing matte with a little more comfort involved than in their initial liquid lip product. It feels lighter, creamier, more flexible and less dry, overall. If you need a little more moisture, I recommend starting with a balmed lip - blotted - before application. One more thing I really like is that as this starts to wear off, you can reapply to the center of lips (or wherever it's fading) and still get a lovely, blended coverage. That's hard to do with some matte liquid lips - it gets uneven and chunky. Not the case with Push-up. All in all, this is just what I hoped for! Very happy with my purchase.
