Pleased I ignored the bad reviews, took 4 minutes to make replacement for front tooth , and no one has noticed it's fake. Absolutely a life saver , as front of house in a hotel. Still secure 24 ours later. Very pleased .

Absolute rubbish, do not buy this item ,

After spending an hour trying to get the tooth to stay in place, and failing every time, I was almost ready to give up. I'm glad I didn't. On the second try I realised I had been trying to fit the tooth upside down! After correcting this silly mistake, the tooth slotted in place on the first try.I found the best way to get a good fit was to put the fitting material on the back of the temporary tooth in a sausage shape, with a small amount sticking out either side, and then when placed in the gap from the back, press the fitting material with your tongue to mould it to the shape of the teeth on either side. If you use your finger the fitting material has a tendency to stick to it rather than staying against the teeth as it should. When you take it out, it will return to a solid state, and to put it back in you have to drop it into hot water again for a minute, and again use your tongue to mould it in place.I wouldn't say it's super secure; the fitting material doesn't really harden fully while it's in your mouth, so I wouldn't trust eating with it, but it's good enough as a cosmetic measure until I can get a proper dental fitting.

Can't believe this product is getting bad reviews. I have two adjacent front teeth missing and thought I'd give this a go, but wasn't too hopeful it would work due to the huge size of the gap. Managed to make a mini partial denture on first attempt which I can remove and clip back in! I was expecting this to be a use once for a day, emergency measure - it is far better than this. It is less intrusive in the mouth than acrylic partial dentures and very comfortable for all day use. I take it out to eat generally but can eat soft foods like sandwiches during the day with it in, by chewing carefully with my other teeth. Drop it in a glass of cold water over night and it will fully harden. Its easy if a slight adjustment is necessary - no visits to a dentist required or waits while they are adjusted - simply put it in your mouth and drink a hot cup of tea or coffee whilst making the adjustment with your tongue. This product is outstanding - I've just ordered a second pack so I can make up a spare!

I wish Amazon would stop selling these things. Absolutely rubbish. The beads do NOT melt in hot water. I actually melted the beads by heating them on a teaspoon, and a lighter underneath. Even then,they didn't hold the tooth!
