I absolutely love my Hot Chilly’s long sleeve. I wear one every time I ski. It’s warm but lightweight. It fits under all of my mid layers, even ones that are a more fitted style. I like the white bc it looks cute popping out from u see a md layers when I take off my jacket at lunch or apres. I pair it with the HotChilly’s pants … i can’t remember the style name, but it’s the same weight/warmth material, and the combo is perfect, even on the coldest days at high altitudes in Utah :) Don’t but imitation brands… get the real thing and have it for years!

This is easily worn under sweater or jacket when I work at the drive up window at a pharmacy!

It fit perfectly

I'm a size 4-6 with a 34" chest and normal size arms (toned but hardly muscled). I ordered a size small expecting it to fit close so I could layer other top over it (like a base layer, duh). My problem is that the arms were tight and actually uncomfortable when bending them.They were just a little too tight around the elbow so I'm returning them for a medium, although that of course will sacrifice the close fit. On a positive note they seem really well-made and quite warm.Update: received the medium but it was the wrong shirt (received the "8K" version which has a colorful patch on the front bottom and an 8K patch on the sleeve). Hot Chillys makes a few very similar tops. Since these are, by now (5/17), past-season items and have likely been returned at least once, it is no wonder they get mixed up. I'm sure this isn't on purpose. Still, check the item you received against the picture if you are unsure.

Nice and warm without overheating. I'm 5'7", 155 lbs with average bust, and this fit perfectly. The sleeves were too short. Several others have commented that one of the nicest things about this base layer shirt is the texture of the material inside and out. After wearing the shirt all day, I completely agree. The softer, grippier interior helps the shirt stay put over a sports bra or against bare skin. The smoother exterior allowed my jacket to move freely over it. It sounds like a minor thing until you've had to rip off your gloves and half your clothes on the side of the mountain because your clothes are stuck to each other and all twisted up around you. I wore this for several days in a row on both a ski trip and a camping trip without it getting smelly.

Great base layer shirt. I wore it on a hike that started out at 33 degrees and warmed up to about 50. It kept me warm the whole time but I never got hot and sweaty. It's opaque and thick enough that I was able to shed all of my outer layers after the hike when we were in a warm building and not feel like I was walking around in my underwear. :) It just looked like a regular black top. I ordered the Small. Fits as expected and has a slim/sleek look.

This top is very cozy and no doubt would keep you warm. However, the sizing is not predictable. I ordered the medium (my usual size) and it was skin tight. I later ordered the large which was loose in the shoulders and still snug elsewhere. Returned them both.
