Works great for allergies

I've had sinus issues for a long time and even post-sinus surgery still use the Neilmed rinse from time to time - particularly in the spring. The xylitol packets seem to be more effective at both quickly clearing my sinuses but also leaving them moisturized. I was purchasing a competitor clear product previously, but these are more readily available, more comfortable and still seem to be just as effective. I'd highly recommend this to anyone with sinus or allergy issues that they want to clear up fast

I have Sjogrens Syndrome which causes chronic dry sinuses. I am supposed to do sinus rinses daily. All I use are NeilMed products. I usually buy the regular NeilMed rinse but decided to try this because I've heard good things about xylitol. While it worked as a sinus rinse, I just can't get over the taste of it. It's like drinking regular soda your whole life and then trying a diet one for the first time. I will stick with the regular rinse kits, but still gave 4 stars because despite the taste it was still relieving.

Works well

Great product. My ENT dr recommended the sinus rinse w xylitol, said it doesn’t dry out as much as regular sinus rinse. Product works well for me, I try and use it once or twice a day to help keep my nasal cavities cleared of pollen. I recommend it if you’re sensitive to pollen.

This can help clear mild sinus infections before they get bad.

This stuff is just magic!! Cured an addiction to Sudafed in just a couple of uses ! Really incredible stuff!

Very impressed, much better than the basic salts

Best nasal rinse ever used many but this is the only one that has released the mucus in my throat and addressed my post nasal drip

Honestly this stuff is worth every penny. I’ve had blocked sinuses for so long. It’s really really helping. It’s very easy to use.
