ChiBall - Red - Cinnamon Scent

I ordered the Chi Ball. as I’ve started doing Chi Ball Sessions as ONE of the ways to calm down my thoughts, KEEP MYSELF FOCUSED and to generally improve my mental, emotional and physical being - It’s so easy to slip into bad habits POSTURE-WISE.I ordered the SILVER EUCALYPTUS one, as I understood from the Amazon Product Description that each product colour corresponded to a PARTICULAR SCENT, and I wanted one whose SCENT was NOT SO OVERPOWERING BUT ARE NEVERTHELESS STRONG!) WITHOUT being put off my Chi Ball session.The product was compactly packed and came with a NON-BLUNT STRAW that one could use to blow up the CHI BALL without accidentally damaging or piercing the inside of the Ball.I FOUND THAT THE BEST WAY TO BLOW UP THE CHI BALL WAS TO USE THE SUPPLIED STRAW. PULL OUT THE LONG STOPPER INSIDE THE CHI BALL, hold your fingers close to the Ballon AND BLOW HARD INTO THE CHI BALL. Once this was done., I found it WAS IMPORTANT TO HOLD THE CHI BALL CLOSE TO THE AIR PASSAGE, SO THAT AIR DID NOT ESCAPE FROM THE CHI BALL.After this, CAREFULLY PUT THE STOPPER back ON TH CHI BALL, so that air does not escape from the Chi Ball.That’s it really!Thanks for reading. I bought this yellow ball to use for Pilates on Zoom during lockdown. It’s easily seen by the instructor. Though I could blow it up, I wasn’t able to insert the stopper in time, so there was some deflation. But this actually made it more comfortable to use when placed under the back.

This was recommended to me to help east lower back pain. Works wonders with an easy exercise. Bought one for a friend with similar problem and she loves it too.

Exactly the same as the one I used to use in the chi ball class I used to do at the gym. Good quality and smells gorgeous, highly recommend!
