Okay so i had to unplug and plug at first but then they sound very loud very good i cant hear outside the headphones anddd the mic is very good!!They were a little big though for my head but im not crying over it their pinkkkkk😛😛

just too big for me
truthfully it works fine but it slides off my head and barely stays on. i was actually pretty excited about this headset and it really does work nice, just maybe for people who have a bigger head than me

My daughter used these for about two months and they don’t even work anymore. She barely even used them. They sat on her dresser with her Xbox for a couple of months and then she randomly wanted to use them and they didn’t work so basically she never even got to use them. Smh
