TechNiche International HyperKewl Cooling Ultra Sports Vest

I used this vest at a recent motorcycle track day, wearing it on its own between sessions to cool down and also under my motorcycle leathers. In both cases it helped keep me cooler and I will use it again at the track on hot days. I found that soaking it every hour worked best, though the official instructions said it would work for several hours between soakings. I guess it depends on how drippy you're willing to have it be when you put it on (I squeezed it out slightly so it wouldn't drip at all) and how much cooling you want (I wanted the max possible at all times). The way it works is the yellow and gray quilted areas contain some sort of padding that holds a lot of water and as the water evaporates it cools you. It's like wearing a wet t-shirt, except the vest holds more water and it holds it where you need it (on front and back) and not where it would feel annoyingly clammy like an actual wet t-shirt.The sizing runs large. I usually wear women's medium and this vest in XS is a little loose on me; I might get a tailor to slim it down. It cools best when it's snugly against the skin. My husband wears a men's medium, occasionally large, and the vest in S fit him.

This vest works. Alabama summers can be miserably hot and humid. Soak this in cool water, wring it out, blot dry with a towel, and wear it underneath a t-shirt. It will keep you cool for approx. 3-4 hours. Then wet it again if needed. As water evaporates from the vest, it creates a cooling effect. You will feel at least 10 degrees cooler. Wearing a t-shirt over the vest slows down the evaporation rate extends the time before you have to re-wet it. It does get your t-shirt slightly damp in places, but well worth it when it's 90+ degrees and 90% humidity outside.

This vest worked great for me while I was riding through the desert on my motorcycle. The cooling would last about 3 to 4 hours before you needed to wet it again. About every gas fill up.I really liked the vest, I fit well and did a good job of keeping me cool.I would recommend it to anyone doing long distance motorcycle riding in the summer .

This vest fits very tight against the body. I purchased a large, which is the size of shirt I normally wear, but think I should have ordered XL. The zipper is not very sturdy, but held okay for my first outing. I wear this in the evening hours in Central Arizona, where it is still 100+ at 7PM. It did keep me cool for the entire 4 mile walk. This was a good investment to keep cool. I just hope the zipper does not give way.

Froze this and then defrosted it so it was pliable enough to wear. It stayed cool for half the day in 93° heat! Totally worth the money and you don’t get “drenched” bc you wrong out the water. Size runs a little big, medium can fit a 5’6 165lb.Stay cool while your buddies suffer 😆

In the environment purchased for, it is no help. I'm told it is too humid and there isn't the necessary air movement for it to be effective.

Stays cool only thing it's like u wearing 3 shirts can't feel the wind hit you no big deal though

This gem of a cooling vest kept my body core at a stable temperature, even on a hot day while hiking up a steep trail, preventing me from suffering the ill-effects I usually have when exercising (especially in hot weather). All that i needed to do occasionally was to re-wet it with water from my water bottle. I am now less fearful to go hiking or biking, as I know that I can now keep cool on the hottest of days.

Ich nutze die Weste in einem nicht klimatisierten Laborbereich. Unter der Weste trage ich ein T-Shirt und darüber den Kittel. Nachdem die Weste etwas abgetropft ist, kann sie angezogen werden. Meine Bedenken , dass die Weste das T Shirt ein nässt ,sind teilweise erfüllt worden. Das Kühlelement behält genug Feuchtigkeit, um das t Shirt quasi Schranktrocken zu halten und das hat einen fühlbaren Kälteeffekt auch über zwei drei Stunden hinweg. Allerdings ist anfangs der weiße Stoff an den Seiten und am unteren Bund der Weste sehr nässend und durchnässen das t Shirt. Mich persönlich stört das nicht , da es einen weiteren kühleffekt hat. Die Weste sollte wirklich eng am Körper anliegen. Meine Kollegin, die deutlich kleiner und schmaler ist, hat beim Ausprobieren, nicht ähnlichen hohen Kühleffekt gespürt .🤗

Pensavo di fare un affarone comprando questo prodotto, ma si è dimostrato uno spreco di tempo e per ora anche di soldi (visto che sto chiedendo da giorni di essere contattato dal venditore per richiedere un rimborso senza però ricevere un feedback). Indossare questo prodotto sotto una giacca da moto significa tornare a casa con la schiena (e non solo) zuppa! Il giorno a seguire purtroppo avevo un forte mal di schiena. Forse ha validità se vai in bici, ma non consiglio ai motociclisti!

Así es como te deja este chaleco después de tan sólo media hora de conducción bajo condiciones de 36 grados.Como veis es totalmente inaceptable, terminas como recién salido de la ducha.
