The media could not be loaded. I forgot to run or drain the gas from my generators carburetor bowl for about 6 months. After that it ran, but very poorly. I removed the Carburetor and cleaned it. It ran better but not great. Even after cleaning it 2 times and running it a lot with Seafoam in the gas tank it still ran rough. I gave up and bought this replacement carburetor. It ran perfect from the first start. Be sure to look at you generator Model number and after removing the carburetor look at the Model number stamped on it. My generator model was 4KY-26100R and the carb was A0410736. After installing, add a fuel on/off switch and shut it off and allow the fuel to burn out of the carburetor or run it every month for about 20 minutes so it won't happen again.

I have an Onan 4000 generator on a Class C RV. The exact model # matched the posted description. My generator never would start/stay running longer than 2 seconds. It ran fine last year. I suspected a fuel problem, it would run for 2 seconds and shut down. I got the code 36. I used starter fluid and it would run for 3-4 seconds. I switched the fuel pump and it would do the same thing. I bought this carburetor, installed it and it started right up. I ran it for 45 minutes with the AC running. It worked great. Keep this spacer, you'll have to reuse it. I added a fuel shut-off valve to run the gas out. I'll update if it doesn't work long term.

This carburetor has issues. It doesn't work well. The motor RPM surges and doesn't hold RPM.

I had purchased a carb for my Onan 4000Generator because I forgot to start mine for six months and the carb gummed up. After install generator still wouldn't run. Spent a good 10 hours checking everything over then someone told me about bad carbs from Amazon. So I purchased and installed one and the generator started up first try. Sending the other back as defective and will probably get another of this one just to have “on hand” for another year’s possible problem.

This was a replacement for my 4000 Onan Micro Quiet generator. I watched a few videos and used this carburetor. It was a perfect fit and came with all replacement parts needed for the job. My generator now runs perfect after first start.

Carburetor components and gaskets filters. Everything is good and working but the electronic part immediately failed after 20 seconds of running, started coughing out gas through the intake, replaced with old OEM fuel solenoid and now works, at least it saved me a carb cleaning

This little jewel is the epitome of job creation. They make a Carburetor that does not come apart so instead of selling you the parts, they just sell the whole thing. As the dumbing-down of society continues this Carburetor is doing it's part. Is it a million dollars? NO, but it perpetuates the concept that we don't need to know what goes on in there, just swap the whole thing out and add it to the landfill. Anyway, these are really hard to change out if you have big hands. Onan crams everything in a little box and you have to take everything out of the way in order to work your way back to the Carburetor. I needed an angle mirror deepwell sockets in a shallow space and a lot of luck getting those bolts back in there where no man could go. I am a miracle worker and managed to resurrect the Genset one last time.Its a cheap fix and it works, but I don't have to like it.

At first I was worried this was not going to work on the gen set, I installed it and was very suprised by how well it works.

Onan replacement carb did not work for me . Supplied too much fuel . I suspect the metering jetburied inside . Tried an original carb from another gen set and it worked fine . Waste of money .

It was obvious my carburetter was not working well, and after removing that we noticed some of the parts were clogged. After purchasing this replacement, and after 15 minutes everything was running perfectly! Good quality product
