It does what it needs to do
This is a SPIRIT hygrometer, not for beers. This works excellently for determining proof of distilled spirits. I appreciate the plastic case it comes in. I do recommend buying a glass graduated cylinder to use with this, so you don’t need as much product in a larger container to get your readings.
