Does any water pass through or come in contact with any aluminum? Notably the tubing?

The inside of the Rovsun is aluminum but the tubing is made of plastic.

It no longer runs a full cycle - how do I troubleshoot this?

how old is your unit? Change filters once a month, check for dust buildup in your fan unit. This will cause the unit to shut down due to poor circulation and overheating. Also, I have discovered that you cannot have other accessories running at the same time on a 15 amp outlet or it will trip a breaker. I hope this helps, if not, contact the company, you may need service.

Where do I get carbon filter for this product

If the distiller was ordered from Amazon, buy the filters from Amazon. 😉 Or just Google the model of your device and see what comes up.
