Almost 2 years ago my husband was hit by a car. Needless to say the injuries were extensive, and between the damage to his pelvis and his leg, he ended up with his left leg 1/2" shorter than the right leg. So on further review, one of the orthopedic surgeons that he was seeing noticed the 1/2" difference. We were referred to an orthotic lab to purchase a wedge for his left shoe. Four months ago I paid $36.00 for one wedge. After calling the same orthotic lab yesterday, I found that the price on the wedge we had purchased went from $36.00 to $93.00. Glad they didn't just go ahead and ship the 2 I ordered.So when lamenting about the health care industry, medical insurance that would not cover this, and prices to my girl friend, she said. "Did you look online yet?" Here we come Google! What was the top listing when I typed in Adjust A Lift? Warwick enterprises Adjust A Lift 2 pack medium size on Amazon! I thought Wow! What a savings! Such a great savings that I ordered the 10 pack so I could put them in most of his left shoes. The purchase of the 10 pack will save me around $880.30 over purchasing them from the orthotic lab....He has been wearing the first lift for 4 months and has had no problems. The one good thing about the orthotic lab was they did tell us that it should go in the shoe under the insole that comes in the shoe. By doing this, the layers will not separate (like I have read in other reviews) and it stays in place.Thanks again to whoever dreamed up Amazon for allowing me to save such a tidy sum of money....And thank you to all of the retailers who sell their products on Amazon. For those that are real about running a business and not trying to gouge people with their pricing (like I was seeing on some toys at Christmas...Doubling the retail price from online Toys R Us pricing? Poo on you!).

I was given a sample of this by my doctor so I bought more for my other shoes. It seems to make a difference.

My husband and I both use this lift. It's very comfortable. It generally stays put. It lasts a long time; and it's a great value! I put it in all the shoes that require them. My preference is to get the heel built up on the shoe, but that's not always practicable. And that remedy is very expensive. This lift is a bargain by comparison.

This is a great deal for these lifts. I have to put 2 together for my left shoe to make my legs even and having this many in a package is handy because I don't have to always switch out the lift when I wear different shoes. I've bought this set twice now, the first set lasted about a year before I felt that they had "worn" out.

These are a life saver with a 14 year old soccer player with chronic heal pain (Sever’s disease). They are economical and worked for him the minute he wore them. Highly recommended for those with “growing pains”.

They were bigger than expected, but they fit my big UGG boots and they are easy to cut the sides to fit in other shoes. Very happy, will purchase again soon.

These heel lifts make a world of difference for anyone suffering from leg length differences and knee, hip, and back pain! I use a lift everyday and these are very comfortable and discrete.
