Been taking these for about a week, I do notice the difference in my digestive health. I will definitely continue using these.

I had a long history of bladder infections and asked urologist what I could do. He told me to take cranberry supplements. I did for years with no UTI. Don’t know why I quit taking them. Ended up with a silent UTI with strange symptoms, none of which would make me think I had a UTI. Was out for at least 24 hours and hospitalized for septic shock. Was in hospital for a week. Hope someone benefits from my story. I am now taking this and cranberry capsules.

I have been purchasing this but decided to change to a powder form because I thought powder would be better absorbed and easy to add to my protein smoothie. WRONG decision.. I immediately saw a negative difference. The powder I bought (different brand and with even more CFUs?) is not providing the results that Bronson in pill form offers.

I love this probiotic for women by Bronson! Capsules are easy to swallow, no taste. I only wish they sold bottles with larger quantities.
