Incredible weightlifting shoes!
If you want a stiff clunky weightlifting shoe then move on.If you want a comfortable, light, flexible forefoot, but stiff heel, then this weightlifting shoe is for you.I’m not a cross fitter but I think this is why these shoe exist in the first place. Purchased 2 weightlifting shoes prior to this and by theEnd of my workouts my feet would be on fire and couldn’t wait to pull them off. However, these shoes were so comfortable I’d forgotten I had them on after my leg work. I have narrow, flat feet and for some reason most, if not all, weightlifting shoes have a high arch. These high arches literally rubs my feet the wrong way. The adipower 2 has none of that.Due to the stable heel and strap, squatting or any other leg work and even some oly movements are excellent in these shoes.Overall, excellent weightlifting/ squatting shoes. Shoes are true to size. Wear size 11 shoes normally and the adipower 2 in size 11.

Awesome Squat Shoes for the money!
I had tried my friend's Nike Romaleos 2 and really enjoyed squatting in them. But I could not find a price that made me want to buy the Nikes, even secondhand. I love lifting, but I also like my savings! These adidas were available for a reduced price of around $65 when I saw them listed, so I got them in a size 6.5.Since I have tiny feet, these adidas are not too narrow for me, which I know some lifters have complained about in some reviews. If you have wide feet, I would go with a Nike or Reebok brand shoe.I really like how comfy and light these shoes feel compared to the Romaleos. The uppers are fabric, not leather/plastic, which makes for a more flexible and breathable shoe. I know most lifters do not want something flexible out of a weightlifting/squat shoe, but I work retail, so the added comfort in the sole and the flexibility at the toes is much appreciated after a full day on my feet. The few times I tried my friend's Romaleos made my feet super sore because the very bottom of the shoes below the removable insoles are lined with wood. But these adidas still feel just as stable for me even with their slightly cushier feel. The added ankle mobility due to the heel was nice, even though I never had ankle mobility issues. Now I can squat heavier weight deeper when I wear these. They feel very stable and solid, and there is no slipping or sliding of my foot inside the shoe when I handle heavier weights. They do not feel as compressive on my feet as the Romaleos did, but I like that, because it feels more comfortable. Tightening the laces and velcro tends to do it for me if I do want a snug fit that session.I would recommend these squat shoes if you also are on your feet a lot and have very tired feet. I also think they are a good shoe for a budget-conscious lifter who wants a quality brand name product but doesn't wanna break the bank. I have been using these since August 2020 and they are awesome!

Great squat investment!
I got these shoes because whenever I did squats I had to put a plate under each foot because I have limited ankle mobility because of repeated ankle sprains playing basketball. I saw that weightlifting shoes could help with that so I looked some up and came across these at a great price so I tried it out.I couldn't be happier with my decision. The shoes are designed to have some elevation in the heel to put you in a position that makes it easier to squat especially if you have limited ankle mobility. These shoes grip the ground well and have the perfect amount of heel elevation which has allowed me to squat better than I ever have. I'm able to go much deeper and I have no need for putting plates under my heels anymore.I've also seen great increases in my squat after using these over the past 2 months. It's got to be the shoes right?! But in all seriousness, I'm very pleased with the purchase and the quality of the shoes thus far seems to be top grade. I've already recommended these to a couple of people and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a good pair of shoes for squatting and especially those who have ankle mobility issues due to injury. These are a difference maker!

They snuggle feet all around. Not tight tight!
I am a size 6 1/2 in US women's and got size 4.5 men. Absolutely love the colors! I use them for weightlifting and they are very supportive. I've gotten other 4.5 adidas weightlifting shoes in men's size and they're lose...these feel tighter but definitely better than having no support and lose. I'm sure with a few uses they will adjust!

Great beginners lifting shoes.
I have always wanted some power lifting shoes but they were always out of the price range. It was hard justifying spending so much money on an items when I am only a beginner and my Converse was doing what I need them to do (provide flat support).I came across these shoes which was within my budget and figured I would try them out.Great product! I have a better understanding for the need for Weight lifting specific shoes. While these shoes are not as flashy as the 200-300+ pairs, it does EXACTLY the same thing without breaking the bank. Great option especially for Flat footed people such as myself since these shoes do stretch a bit.

Great for squatting
I am 61. Been squatting on and off for years. Purists say squat with no heels - just get that ankle dorsiflexion and you’ll be fine. Maybe so but I hurt my lower back again doing that. These shoes are great. The heel elevation allows me to squat all the way down while keeping my back more or less perpendicular to the ground. Sole is hard so you won’t feel squishy. I highly recommend these shoes.

Great deal and work great as well .
My first pair of lifting shoes. I wear 13 and ordered size 13.5 because my feet are more wide and flat, and most reviews said go half a size up for wider feet. Also, the 13.5 was only $45 for a $200 shoe. However, I believe a 13 would have worked fine.I only squat in these and for that and the money the 13.5 works great. I had been squatting in an almost totally flat shoe prior to this. These are a great improvement .

Good
Does help during squatting. I do like Lestung better which I purchased together with this: it has a shape that fits better with my foot to be more snuggly.

Love them!
I love these shoes! I am a Women size 7 and ordered them on Men Size 5.5. The fit is really nice, my foot is very slender so I am glad I went with half a size smaller than my size because after two wears I can definitely feel they've stretched but I can tighten the band and it holds my foot perfectly in place. These are my first pair of lifters and I can say it made a huge difference on my balance and depth when doing overhead squats.I do CrossFit so they do the job just great because they're stiff enough for the heavy lifting and flexible (comfortable) enough to do box jumps, jump rope, etc. Oh and did I mention they look super cool?
