Palm Tungsten E2 USB Syns/Charger/Data Cable

Not sure what all the negative complaints are about. The cable charges and syncs my Tungsten e2 just fine. I use a Mac, if that makes any difference. It has been easily inserted and removed from my pda many times already without a problem. I know it does not have a sync button on the cable, but that is such a minor issue. Just plug it in and initiate the sync from the pda. Problem solved.Overall, I like having an all-in-one charging and sync cable for my home computer. I've taken the charging cable that came from Palm to work and put the separate sync cable away.

I bought this cable to use with a Palm TX pda. I did not want to spend a lot of money. This cable works perfectly well. There is no hotsync button on it like the original cable (that's the only reason I docked it a star), so you have to initiate a hotsynch either with the pda or your computer, but it otherwise does everything it is supposed to do. And for its $3 cost (including shipping) it is a bargain. There is no need to spend more for other more expensive cables.

Perfect product, really served its purpose well for a nice low price. Read some of the initial reviews, decided to take my chances and it paid off nicely. Was able to pull my data off my old palm and install the data on my new device. Works well, highly recommended, can't beat the price!

this was able to be hooked up to my unit with out any problem. wish delivery was a little earlier in the day.

This was chosen because I lost the original. It is the only such unit. It works just fine. I hope I do not lose this one. Delivery was prompt.

I was trying to go with a calendar based device that would work with my new Windows 7 but the Tungsten E2 and all the hardware I purchased to support it was useless.

I ordert his as a replacement for my lost data cable. It is impossible to remove it and it is also impossible to transfer the data to my computer because it doesn't have the button one needs to touch to start the transfer. Has rendered my expensive device useless.DO NOT BUY IT FOR YOUR TUNGSTEN 2E

This cord was $one cent plus $2 or $3 shipping and well worth it. It worked great after I lubricated the pins with a cotton swap with WD40 on it. I guess the pins were dirty or had a film on them. Make sure it is pinned in firmly to the Palm.
