Greenway GCL31AL Indoor/Outdoor Foldable Drying Rack, with Optional Wall-Mount

This drying rack is awesome!!!! uses no floor space, is super, super sturdy/strong. It is aluminum as described so should never rust. The mechanism to pull and push this open and closed works very smoothly but isn't loose. You can open it as far or as little as you want and it stays. It pulls out much further from the wall than I expected. I really like the quality and is well worth the money. Perfect for any apartment or small laundry room. I really can't say anything bad about this other than I wish I had bought it sooner.

I bought it for my wife's use in our laundry room. She researched the options and thought this one was the best. I looked and agreed. When it showed up I looked at all the parts and realized it was also made to go outside (like next to a hot tub or pool, etc). the parts were stainless. Did need the heavy fence brackets, but I put them in my shop...I'm sure I will need them someday. I hung the rack up with the plastic anchors provided. So far, it is holding fine and doing what my wife needs. If it does pull loose, I will use heavier anchors....the hardware seems very durable and should last for a while.

Great space saver. Very convenient, but only holds a few items.

Works great in place of a portable rack that has to be dragged out and stowed; Has more than enough space to handle a small to medium load of wet clothes; We have this permanently attached to a wall in the laundry. One complaint: the attachment holes are fiddly to get to, and the mounting hardware is'nt good enough for more than light use.

The idea is excellent. Horrible execution of build quality. First, the rods come out very easily when it arrives and good luck on getting them back in place (it requires a 2nd set of hands). Second, it requires a backer board because the holes do not align with typical studs. No one should trust it to be held in place with simple 1/2inch drywall. And third, as mentioned earlier, it takes two people to assemble it once you have the brackets mounted to a backer-board in order to tighten the screws to keep the rods from falling apart. Again, great idea, bad design.

Sturdy item. Perfectly fitted in a little space on the sidewalk above my washer. Can hold a lot of weight. The only component is that it doesn’t stretch as much and hence can be a little right to use all the rods on the rack at once

This is just what I needed for my small laundry space. There was no room for a standing rack and I was desperate for a place to dry things. It is easy to install and works great. I love that it folds in so that it is out of the way when not in use.

Sturdy and well-built, and we use it outdoors, but it does not fit for our deck railing well, which is a standard-size deck railing. Also, I would not anchor it inside. It's too bulky in my view.

We bought this for our new laundry room as we tried to make it look more like the ones on tv but still be practical. We installed it over the sink area (so anything hand-washed can drip and dry). It folds up or pulls out really easy. We made two mistakes when we installed it - we didn’t put it quite high enough over the sink (measure with the shirt and the hanger) and we put the one side too close to the wall (our sink is in the corner) so the sides rub on the wall. But had it we done it right, it would have been perfect. We also made sure it was anchored to the stud in the wall as we didn’t want it to come out - hence not moving it. But really great quality, feels expensive, and looks great folded our hanging straight out - we hang hangers on it and also stretch sweaters or other items across the top of it when opened up. Would definitely order again if we did a new laundry room!

Works well, sturdy and seems well made. I like that you can have it partially closed if you don't need it out fully, it saves a lot of space.Screw holes are in stupid locations and difficult to access. Get your own mounting hardware (screws/wall plugs) if doing in drywall. The screws slid in and out of the drywall plugs and then the plugs are not great. They should be #12 size screws and plugs for sturdiness. It came with #8 screws and #10 plugs.

El producto es bueno, pero:- Necesita que las gomas con las que se sostienen los tubos no se barran y aprieten mejor.- El aluminio se siente frágil, con el uso veré si no es así.- Las pijas que aprietan las gomas son cortas, supongo que eso hace que no apriete bien la goma.- Los taquetes que vienen incluidos, son delgados pero parece que sostendrán bien.
