This can be used by anyone but has no scent.

Are the spray and roll-on the same product (i.e. same liquid)?

So the roll-on refill is a different formulation to the spray, it's also a lot thicker so it works better in the roll-on. Wouldn't advise on using the spray refill in the roll-on because of the lower viscosity would mean you may get far too much product coming out on application or even leakage.
