Just as responsive as the corded version!
I bought this to replace my corded version, which had gotten banged up over time and needed replacing. I decided on the corded model previously so I never had to worry about a battery dying, or having any lag in mouse movement. I'm glad I decided to give this a try based on the prior reviews. Connecting it took no effort, as it was literally plug and play without having to go through any pairing process. It is just as responsive as the corded version, and I haven't noticed any lags or random pointer movement. As my attached picture shows, this has the same specs as the corded model. What is different is that the corded model has lights under the wheel as well as CPI button to give visual feedback of which CPI setting the mouse is set to. This does not have lights, but obviously for battery conservation. It's not hard to know which CPI setting its on, however. What's nice is that every time I boot the computer back up I don't have to go through the CPI settings again, as it remembers your preferred setting. You do have to click a mouse button to wake it up after a short period of non-use, but again...another battery conservation technique. What I do like better with this model, other than the obvious wirelessness, is that is has a little extra weight to it (thanks to the AA battery I'm sure) and a heavier click to make it feel more substantial. Hope this helps with your decision making!

Best budget wireless mouse I have ever had.
This is a great mouse for the price. 5/5 would buy again.Important facts you should know about this product.1) This uses a single AA battery.2) The mouse goes into power save/sleep mode after 8 minutes or so of inactivity. You need to click any button to wake it. This is differnt from the usual shake-to-wake that we are used to, but is not a deal breaker in any way.3) This is not a Bluetooth mouse. It uses a tiny 2.4GHz transmitter that you plug into your PC/Laptop.4) The build quality is impressive. The mouse feels very sturdy and well designed in your hand.5) There are 3 extra buttons. One for mouse sensitivity and other two are programmable buttons that you can assign to whatever you like. copy/paste or reload/melee :P6) The mouse is standard sized. It is like most mouses you come across in offices. I have average hands so this mouse is fine for me. (it is, however significantly shorter than my fav mouse the Logitech G300 (Check pic). But hey, this mouse costs 1/3rd the cost lol.7) As the product images show this mouse is for Right-Handers. Might be a bit painful to use for lefties.Bottomline.If you are on a tight budget and want a sturdy mouse, go ahead and buy this. But, watch out if you have big hands or a left-hander though.

I should have returned it when I had the chance!
This mouse would actually be great if the scroll wheel worked properly. That really is my only complaint. It goes up and down regardless of which way I am trying to scroll. I gave it one star for gaming, even though I donʻt game and have no idea if games even use the scroll wheel, because I trade stocks and the wheel really messes with me when I am trying to zoom in/out of charts. I now have a gaming mouse for my trade station and use this mouse for my work laptop. Honestly, I could just have a faulty product. This problem occurred early on and I have missed the opportunity to resolve this problem. So, this may not be a fair review. But know that itʻs $10 and it may have a problem with the scroll wheel. But if it does, make sure to resolve the problem while the window is still open.

Great for Casual Use, Not so much Gaming
This mouse works well and maintains a fair amount of battery life over near-constant use for those of us who spend more time than average at our computers. The mouse itself is a little smaller (shorter length in the palm of my hand) than I would prefer, but it's by no means uncomfortable to use. Switching sensitivity is a bit tedious and annoying as opposed to other mice I've used, but it's a minor irritation that's easily overlooked. (Waiting to count the blinks to find out which sensitivity it's on, specifically, is what bothers me) Otherwise, great mouse, nice look, great for use with laptops.Edit: After a month of use, I will say that while gaming, I have discovered that the mouse tends to need to be clicked a little slowly (or at least slower than your average click) because if I don't, then many games I play don't register that I've clicked at all. The difference in the timing of the click feels like literal milliseconds, but when gaming, that crucial moment where you need a mouse to register a click and it doesn't can determine the difference in a win or a loss. :P Otherwise, great mouse for casual use. Would not recommend for gaming.

Too small for my hands.
Its works perfectly out of the box. Though, I think somewhere in the title, it should have said it's a "mini-version" mouse, like it says on the side of the box it came in. See my pic of the side of the box. As you can see in the pic, my other mouse is much bigger and fits my hands better. It is very light and versatile and has 2 extra buttons for shortcuts. If you have large hands, it may not be comfortable. Instead of returning it, I will use it as a backup or let my wife have it. It causes my hands to cramp using it continuously during the day as I work remotely.

Almost perfect
its really good with everyday usage , the range is really good , and it connects really easily . however i noticed if you move the mouse VERRRY VERRRY slowly then sometimes the cursor doesn't move which is annoying when you try to edit photos or crop something , this also means your'e not going to be as accurate if you play games like CS:GO. its really unnoticeable but other than that it's almost perfect.

Supposed to be quiet clicking?
Waste of money. Doesnt feel comfortable, and louder than loud....

Overpriced
It is comfortable to hold, but I found the connection to be jerky and unresponsive. At £28, I expected better quality. It looks and feels about as sturdy and well made as mice which are available at half the price.
