Mil-Nil Prime CRC Sheet 5 Shelf Multipurpose Slotted Angle Rack, 60 x 36 x 15 Inch, 24 Gauge (Grey) 16 Gauge Angles

I have purchased 15 inch width racks for keeping books. So I have selected 24 gauge thickness as books collectively won't cross 30 kg per rack limit. I have selected grey colour as I am not ready to spend another 1000/- just for paint. Painting job is decent, however two racks have poor painting job, it seems the paint is not well cured or surface is not well prepared or condition was dirty. The paint is peeling off the surface. The quality is not bad overall. I have kept many boos on all racks and they are taking up load without deformation. However if you have heavier boos consider to buy 20 gauge rack.The fitting is bit tricky you need to assemble the first and lat rack first loosely lying on ground. then fit the middle racks loosely counting the holes on the legs while keeping the no of holes same for a rack on all 4 legs. then stand up the rack and slowly tighten the lower and upper rack while keeping the surface levelled with an apparatus or with a mobile phone app and then fully tighten them. Now fully tighten the nuts of the middle racks . You are done.

This is an honest review... The delivery was much before the date.. 2 days early.. 👍.. The packing was too good... assembly was not a problem at all any lame man do it... Only some issue was with the spanners provided which was slipping from the grip.. Correct size 13..Ok that is not the issue... It was assembled easily... Very strong and you can rely on this withoyt any hassels..Go for it... 👍👍 it is as per the company assurances... A goid product... 👍

Its sturdy in all respect.I had a tough time assembling due to lack of idea.2 people required.not v heavy.but medium heavy for a lady.
