Velcro Is Cheap and Not Staying Put
I have a very petite frame so this second pregnancy has been VERY hard on my body; back, belly, and pelvis. I had another belt similar to this one from the Motherhood store but I used it during my first pregnancy and it was starting to get really worn so I got this one. I for sure feel the weight of my belly being supported and if I wear it like I should (not forgetting to wear it when I’m on my feet), it helps with my discomfort, all around, tremendously. My only complaint is that the bottom band that goes under your belly gets super wrinkled and deformed after I take it off. That could just be my body shape/belly height. But it doesn’t compromise the support factor. Highly recommend!******UPDATE: I am now 7 months pregnant (have not gained hardly any weight!) this and the front support band has scrunched together and the velcro is crap, it constantly comes apart while I’m wearing it. Maybe I need a size larger but this has me super irritated because I got the size they tell you get (going by what you would normally purchase, size-wise). Would NOT buy again.Additional update: I’m not 8 1/2 months pregnant and I’ve completely stopped wearing it altogether! Velcro doesn’t stay, it pops apart and doesn’t even stay on. I actually went back to my worn out one from the motherhood store because the Velcro ACTUALLY HOLDS. This one is a PIECE. OF. CRAP.

Highly recommend for runners
Highly recommend! I purchased because of the reasonable price and excellent reviews. At around 23 weeks I started getting pain in my hip joints during running/jogging that initially I tried to ignore but then started to cause pain while standing during teaching as well. This band has been a life saver for my pregnancy and I highly recommend it if you are having any pain or discomfort in the low back or hip joints. For running it has straightened my posture and picked my belly off my hips and I feel virtually no pain anymore. I have no doubt this product will allow me to continue running well into the third trimester. I am currently only wearing it while running but can see wearing it later on for work if I need the support. I recommend YouTubing how to put on the belt at first and then it will be second nature. Good luck!

Comfortable, great support!
So glad I bought this! I’m a dog groomer so I’m on my feet a lot and at 25 weeks pregnant, my lower back has really started hurting. As soon as I put the belt on I felt relief in my hips and lower back. I wear a size 8 and bought a large belt. I probably could have gone with a medium but I got the large so I would have plenty room as my belly grows.

Great product
This unfortunately didn't work for me, I have a big butt and my waist and lower back curve in a lot so it wouldn't stay in place during all the bending, stretching, and lifting I do at work (I work production so it's probably more strenuous work than most pregnant women would have to deal with). That being said, the band itself is extremely high quality, very well made, you can tell a lot of care and thought went into the design. It was really comfortable when I could get it to stay in place. Would definitely recommend.

Great support belt
This support belt was very very helpful!!! During the 2nd trimester of my pregnancy, my baby was very low and although the risk of having a miscarriage was low, my doctor suggested that I wear a support belt. I usually carry big babies so this belt was a big help for my back. You can feel the difference without it. I highly recommend this product.

Works ok. Can't wear under clothes
So far it is ok for wearing around the house over clothes. Does not feel good on bare skin as the velcro and elastic are super itchy. If you need something discreet try KTape. That stuff works, but I always rip my skin up :( This thing is bulky/ not discreet and not comfortable for all day wear under clothing. Thankfully I stay home most days, but it's the really active days I need support. Guess I will have to buy ktape for those times and plan ahead. Almost done anyways lol. But yeah not worth my $25. I do like that it's adjustable and definitely fits my big old self so that's a good thing. I was afraid at first it would be too small. Took me a minute to learn how to use it properly. Back brace really does help. I feel like I have to take it off tho or adjust everything when I sit down. Guess im still in the learning curve.

Very helpful
I'm 34 weeks and would've love to have this before I've been using this belt just for hours because I got it yesterday in the afternoon Soo even I've been using it for a couple of hours i can tell it works. I haven't notice the part were it helps take back pain but I really can notice that I can do more. I notice that before I use to feel like my belly very low and would walk like a pinguin lol.now I can move better and I don't feel that hurtful pain in my pelvis. I just love it. And really recommend it. If your like 28 weeks get it ASAP.The only thing I didn't like is that it itches you would have to wear it on top of a spaghetti strap because the top part itches on the sides. I'm wearing it on top of my shirt because I'm home and don't need to have it under at home. I love it because it's adjustable and you don't even have to wear it Soo tight and it helps

Perfect for sciatic nerve pain/sore back !
I have Harrington rods in my back, and I’m 7 months pregnant with sciatic nerve pain. This brings instant relief and definitely helps me sleep better at night. Not very comfortable to sit/drive in.
