Some of our customers have had their manikins for 12+ years, and the AED trainers are extremely durable as well and are easily upgradable should the AHA guidelines change. The manikins and AED's you purchased in this kit come with a 3 year limited warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. Here at MCR Medical, we actually handle all of PRESTAN's warranty claims. so if you do have issues with your PRESTAN Products in the future, you can reach out to us directly here at MCR Medical and we will get the appropriate replacement parts for you.
