Took a chance to replace these while replacing batteries on my kids tablets. First issue I had was that the holes didn't line up with the holes from factory (verified that I did purchase for the right model). After slotting the holes so I could actually lock it down, I tried it with a charger before closing it up. I tried two different chargers and both didn't show the charging icon; instead it stated that a high speed USB cable was plugged in (top left corner). Neither charged it. Sticking with the factory ones for now.

Comes with all the tools and exact replacement for original. Quick install and works well!
