Y91 sold by GOGUM Best Fitness Watch I could buy
First off...WOW..this is amazing! Only 1 issue and that was just me..works perfectly. I haven't used everything yet but what I have used was either super easy or it does it automatically! Keeps a very detailed record of everything..even on sleep, how and when the different stages are achieved, grades you on the quality of sleep, problems with staying asleep..no problem..tells you when you woke up, for how long..oh I could go on and on! And ladies it will even track your monthly cycle. Use the silver bar to change between apps..graphics are vivid and colorful and very easy to interpret. It does take a couple of days for the sleep and all to work automatically, my battery hasn't lasted 6 days but only takes an hour or so to fully charge, so not an issue. Built in USB Port on Y91, that makes it easier. On mine I found I had to remove the strap by the silver bar to charge, didn't charge on the other side. I'm old, 66, and the ease of use is wonderful. You can sit and watch T.V. and give yourself an ECG! The price was so reasonable and this fitness tracker more than exceeded my expectations. I've had it less than a week, 3 of my friends/family are buying one and I can't imagine being without it! I previously used another name brand fitness watch and the Y91 leaves it a distant memory! Oh and it's waterproof! Customer Service was really good, when I had the recharging issue( my fault) I contacted them on the weekend..first thing Mon at 5am there was a response to CALL them and he'll send a complete manual, you only get an extremely small 11 page pamphlet, I'm old so did have to use a magnifying glass to read it. If you are looking for a low cost fitness tracker that works amazingly well this is for you! I recommend it 100% and I'm not a tech savvy person. Yes I would definitely buy again if I ever need a replacement. A highly satisfied customer. Oh yes Christmas is close..perfect for gifts!

Update
Update 1/8/23. For the past 3 nights it has stopped recording my sleep for the entire night. I even cleaned the sensors. Seems to record less and less each night. Last night only recorded the time I fell asleep on the couch. Nothing after I actually went to bed. It used to record both instances showing awake time in between. Update - I reached out to the seller regarding my issues and they offered to send me a replacement. I have now had the new one for a week. Old watch showed no apnea via app. New watch shows supposedly 42 apnea events in one night, even though hubby says I don’t snore, I’m a side sleeper and some events supposedly occurring when I was in bed reading my Kindle or trying to fall back asleep in the morning. So take these readings with a grain of salt. The only real way to test for sleep apnea is to be evaluated at a sleep clinic. Everything else appears to be in a normal range. Revised review #3 - So far so good. It has been working normally. I’m not sure why it stopped functioning previously. Could be an app issue? I’m prepared to do more troubleshooting or reset or factory reset or if any future problems arise. Revised review #2 - So I decided to do more troubleshooting before giving up on this tracker. I used a soft cloth to clean off the sensors. Didn’t work. So that was not the problem. Then I went into the app and did a factory reset on the tracker. Now it’s recording BP and heart rate. I’ll see how well it tracks my sleep tonight. I don’t use notifications so I can’t comment on that. I only use this watch as a fitness/sleep tracker. Revised September 2022. I’ve had this tracker for a month now and it has recently begun incorrectly recording my sleep duration. I’ve tried troubleshooting by unpairing from the app, turning Bluetooth off and back on. The blood pressure and heart rate have recently stopped recording every 5 minutes as they are supposed to. Same troubleshooting techniques used for this problem. Sometimes it works, lately not. I even cleaned the sensors in case that was causing the problems. The only thing that seems to be still working correctly is the step counter. Very disappointing as I had hoped this tracker would last much longer than a month. I’m going back to my old 5-year-old Fitbit Charge 2. At least it still works. I’ll use a blood pressure cuff for my BP readings. More reliable. Original review- It seems to do everything at a fraction of the cost of some name brand smart and fitness watches. The accompanying H Band app is very easy to navigate. I did notice, however, after reviewing my last night’s sleep that it showed me as sleeping for an hour when in fact I was in bed reading my Kindle. It also showed me waking up at 7 a.m. when in fact I slept until 9 a.m. It has been accurate up until then. Not sure what happened there. I do like all of the features and BP and heart rate seem pretty accurate. I love being able to do an ECG but I don’t know how accurate it is as I’m not in the medical field. All in all I am pretty happy with my tracker. I’ll have to see how long it lasts. I have an old Fitbit Charge 2 that is 5 years old and still works. I don’t know the shelf life of the Gogum tracker as compared with Fitbit. But the price was attractive to me and I decided to give it a try. It’s hard to find trackers that record BP, blood oxygen levels and ECG. Most only track steps and sleep. This little watch does it all. It also tracks light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep. Very nice. For some reason a couple of times the app shows my wake up time as 6:55 when in fact it was 8:35. So this is a problem.

This watch has advanced tech not found in other watches
First, I was impressed with the tech installed in this watch. The heart rate function shows your heart rate in real time. I haven't seen real time heart rate sensing in any other watch I've tried. Of course the max screen time out is 30 seconds, so you can only watch the fluctuations of your heart rate for that long at a time. Another tech first is that you don't have to tap on anything to get a reading off the watch. The watch face scrolls through 11 screens (processes) with a function for each screen. When you stop on a screen, the watch automatically refreshes the process you stopped on and gives you a reading without any other intervention. For example: The fifth screen shows the heart rate process, so stopping on that screen starts the heart rate refresh or continuation if you were already there recently. Here are the screens in the order of scrolling: Clock, steps, calories, miles, heart rate, blood pressure, hours of sleep (last night), Oxygen saturation, Ecg, Sport functions, off button. You can't scroll backward and the touch screen is replaced with a metal strip that you slide across or gently touch to change screens in one direction. No touch screen, but you don't need it with this watch. Everything works well and if you set the "Switch Setting" in the app for automatic heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep monitoring it downloads results to the app automatically unless your phone is out of range. Then it will vibrate to let you know and you'll need to refresh to upload missed data. Refresh is just like refreshing a browser page, swipe down at the top of the results screen. The only thing that isn't really impressive is the blood pressure function. I think they jumped the gun on that tech because I've read it isn't really accurate on any of the watches that offer that function. Maybe an update will eventually fix it. You can calibrate it but I did this several times and it still could not detect sudden changes in blood pressure readings. It only varies a small amount above and below the reading you set to be your normal blood pressure on the app. The watch face, with the time, changes when you do a long tough to the metal sensor below the watch screen. You can also change it on the app. The app is very advanced and has multiple screens to tell details and charts about HRV, heart function, sleep quality, Rem sleep, apnea episodes and more. All that said, I'm keeping it because it is very accurate on heart rate and ekg. I haven't checked the accuracy of the O2 monitor yet but that tech has been out there for a while so it's probably ok. One more thing. I don't need to wear it tight on my wrist, which I really can't take for long. It senses my heart rate fine as long as the two lights are aimed at my skin. Disappointed that I'll still need to use my blood pressure cuff for now.

Doesn't come with good directions
The 1st one I bought the band came off while I was wearing gloves & loading up my truck. One of the part of the band that connects to the watch popped off when I was sliding my arm threw a narrow area and I didn't realize it. So someone found themselves a watch. The second one I got I have beenp mindful about making sure it doesn't snap off. The band pisses me off when trying to take it off. Everytime I pull it a little tighter so I can get it off the little metal bar goes into the next hole. It almost cut my circulation off from doing this. I really don't like the band design, however I picked it bc it was 1 of the few fitness tracker watches that doesn't have a fat band. It has never tracked my temperature the entire time I've had it. It doesn't even have an area to check my temperature manually like the BP, pluses, O2 levels, and EEG. The pulse runs a little high by maybe 5 points but the BP runs very, high. My BP actually is running high which it did let me know but it was not as high as the watch indicated by 10 points for the top # and 20 points for the bottom. The EEG seams to be about right but it has to be manually done where the BP,O2, heart rate are automatically tracked 24/7. It offers some info on terminology on sleep issues that one might find out they have and the same with the heart health index doesn't make sense and offers no information on why some categories are 1-5 stars. I don't know if 1 star means there's nothing to worry about or if I need to get it checked out quickly. The app also also allows for notifications from almost any app on your phone. The notification pops up but barley stays on long enough to read but I have never been a fast reader. I find the other app anoying as it's constantly vibrating and just shows a picture of a heart. It doesn't let me know if it's my pulse or BP. You go and set what your normal BP & pulse usually run and it will let you know if it starts to run high. Its battery life is not as good as I was hoping however it does charge quickly But it is picky about what USB charger it will use. One seamed to work then just stopped working I had to go through several other USB charger I have to find one that will work. It's better then nothing but I want a better and more accurate one as I have an autoimmune condition that has affected my heart & I need something that will monitor my pulse and BP w more accuracy. I thought this watch would and track my body temp because they believe it's starting to affect my autonomic nervous system might and I like that it tracked sleep. It does do a great job tracking sleep, as I have a tendency to go into deep sleep quickly (as stated by a sleep study) and stay in it longer then usual. I would recommend shopping around for another watch that offers what your looking for, I think I picked this one based on price & shouldn't have.

Completely inaccurate and therefore worthless
I read the reviews and thought I would try it anyway. 1st - The biggest issue is how inaccurate it is for heart rate, blood pressure, steps, frankly everything. EKG is laughable - I have an known abnormality and it doesn't show up on this - AT ALL. Takes far too long to detect and report heart rate and BP and then is off by at least 10% up to 50% for heart rate. So I cannot rely on it for self monitoring. 2nd - you have to remove the band to charge it and it is nearly impossible to keep taking it off and replacing each time. Easier to pill my cat 3rd - Sleep mode is a cumbersome nuisance since the screen still lights up every time you touch it in advertently during sleep. Half the time it doesn't track your data 4th - The phone app is horrible, intrusive, and keeps reverting back to default access permissions even though I restrict them daily. Doesn't keep data. Terrible design. But then I got what I paid for.

Genuinely Saving My Actual Life From Certain Death❤🌡
This month, April 2021, I was admitted to the hospital for a transient ischemic attack--a series of terror-inducing mini-strokes. My heart rate would rapidly increase, then plummet, dragging my blood pressure down with it. It felt like my chest was going to explode, while simultaneously being crushed and suffocated. To my absolute dismay, however, they could not find where any of the blood clots were that caused them. It was so frustrating. I ended up being discharged while still experiencing severe and panic-inducing symptoms, simply because they couldn't see where something went wrong, precisely when it did. I decided that the only way I could show what was happening to me, when it happened, is if I had something I could use to monitor myself 24/7, that could constanly record and save all of the data to show what was going on. I needed something that could record my heart rate and blood pressure continuously, that could watch my oxygen saturation and monitor me while I slept and alert me the MOMENT something was amiss. I needed something that could record an EKG at the EXACT MOMENT I began having symptoms, that could accurately and reliably document the changes to my body at every moment, and--more importantly--present all of the data gathered over the course of days and weeks in a manner and way that was easily accessible, as well as easy to understand and interpret. Conveniently, this watch has an actual lead for an EKG that you need only hold to your chest near your heart to have it record the electrical activity of your heart accurately! I needed something I could take to my Doctor and say, "See? This is what I have been talking about, and here is the evidence showing where, and when it happened, and what my body was doing overall at the time." This watch has more than lived up to my expectations, and often warns me before I'm even aware that something is amiss. You can set it to record one-time, or continuously. Even just in my screenshot of my EKG taken at the time I am writing this review, it is clear that something is affecting my heart rate (the blood clot), even as the rhythm of my heart overall remained normal. The App Dashboard makes it ridiculously easy to compile all of the data in one place, and you can also do individual one-time tests for 2 minutes at a time of every function the watch offers. It is also a great fitness tracker, but for me personally, this is a secondary concern. The most important thing for me is, that this watch is making it possible for me to have some measure of peace of mind, to be able to see and quantify what is happening to my body as it is happening, and be able to see all of the data in a coherent fashion, in one place. I cannot begin to tell you what that feels like, after nearly 2 weeks of uncertainty. So I highly recommend this watch, not just for something to use to monitor your fitness goals, because it is so much more than that. For me, it is a measure of peace of mind, at a time of desperate uncertainty around my own health, and I know if you are going through anything in the way I am, it will bring you a measure of comfort too.

Save your money...
After wearing this fitness watch for almost three weeks, I'll be returning it for the following reasons: *The step counter is not accurate. I have compared it with two FITBITs and the tracked app on my phone and it consistently under reports. * The time and date function has been somewhat reliable, but there were days and times that were way off. * Initially a battery charge lasted for about 5 days. Lately though, it has discharged in just a day or two. and needed to be charged again. * The EKG feature is hit or miss... mostly miss. I've been able to actually get it to run twice. Most often I get a "Failed Lead" edit after waiting a minute or more for results. The phone app has to be running at the same time as well. *The O2 reporting was iffy.... very slow to respond and often failed to report a result. * The sleep reporting has to be accessed through the phone app. Only once have I been able to find data in the morning. Most times when I have accessed it via the app, there is no data recorded. My phone spends the night less than a foot away from my bed so it's hard to understand why it fails. * The exercise tracking is also an epic failure.... after paging through several screens of exercise options to choose the appropriate activity a number of times, I have yet to achieve any results. * GPS tracking has also not been achieved. * The H Band App is not user friendly or accurate either. I just checked the dashboard. The total steps today is more than twice the number of steps reported in the SPORTS tab. SPORTS is the only category that shows any data at all. There is no history at all reported for the other categories. The only positive thing I can report is that I did wear this tracker to the pool a number of times and it does appear to be water resistant since it has not failed completely.

Nice features and very sleek
Right out the package I was impressed by the look and size. I have small kids so cautious about wearing jewelry. So far I’m enjoying having the watch. There are so many features I don’t think I can touch on everything without writing a book lol. Everything seems accurate. On the days I eat healthy my blood pressure was better than days I ate bad. I just a baby so I’m familiar with what my blood pressure sits at. It definitely recorded my sleep accurately on the watch and the app. I receive alerts for my text messages and phone calls. I’m enjoying that feature cause I have a 4 month old and keep my phone on vibrate so it doesn’t scare her. I miss a lot of messages and phone calls because of this. Not anymore! Set up was easy. Charging was quick. Monitors my BPM accurately. I feel motivated to walk more to meet my recommended daily goal. For the price and what I need it for I’m very pleased! FYI to run the tests from the phone so that it’ll save the data you have to go to the “more” tab and you can individually run the test! To take pictures go to the settings tab. Set up timers. I set an automatic 1hr time so I can potty train my middle child. This is so cool!! To run the ECG you have to wear the watch on the left wrist and put a finger from your right hand on the sensor located on the face of the watch. I seen some reviews saying it wouldn’t pick up a lead. I had an issue as well but it’s cause I didn’t read the directions first.
