I passed my exam after using this book!!

Great resource, helped me pass the exam.

I read this book 3 times, study it for 2 additional weeks, drove 2-1/2 hours, paid more than $500 out of my own pocket to take the test, and did not pass. I have 3 college degrees and have read many books, this one is clearly not of my favorites. Please consider using multiple training materials, not just this book.

Not what I was looking for

Buon punto di partenza per approcciare gli standard ITIL. Contenuti chiari e non ridondanti, con suggerimenti pratici sull’applicabilità in contesti lavorativi. Sono indicati i percorsi possibile per conseguire eventuali certificazioni oltre al foundation, oggetto del libro.

Great reference... easy to read!

This book does provide a high level over view of ITIL but it is not detailed enough for the price. I prefer the Axellos publication over this.

I found this book easy to read and informative.

The book was presumed to be sold in new condition, however it was obviously not the case as the exterior packaging was fine but the book was in used condition. Additionally I thought the way it was written was a bit simplistic.
