I passed my exam after using this book!!

Great resource, helped me pass the exam.

I read this book 3 times, study it for 2 additional weeks, drove 2-1/2 hours, paid more than $500 out of my own pocket to take the test, and did not pass. I have 3 college degrees and have read many books, this one is clearly not of my favorites. Please consider using multiple training materials, not just this book.

Great reference... easy to read!

If you need a quick overview and are looking to fill the gap between ITIL V3 and V4 this is a good little book - all the key information and terminology to get you going.

An easy to read book about the changes in ITIL 4 - not too daunting.
