How often should we replace this?

I always watch for the colors to fade away on my brushes. I keep a supply of brushes because I may need to change sooner than every 3 months. They do cost.

How long do the batteries last?

The brush heads don’t have batteries. However the handle for the brush last a weekend when I travel for the 2 of us. Anyway, it comes with a charging case and therefore never out of charge anyway.
