Well I dropped my laptop and you know the rest. I cracked the screen and searched online for a replacement. This screen was perfect and everything plugged right in. Now I have given new life to my Acer laptop.

I replaced my cracked screen. This fit perfectly. Unless you know how to replace the screen it can be tricky and you can easily damage the screen and cables. But for someone who has even a little experience with assembling electronics, this is a cheaper option compared to what the stores were charging for replacement.

I had a pink and green discoloration on the bottom half of my screen that flickered sporadically. I'm not sure if it was because of the cable or display. After replacing both my screen is fixed. There's no difference in quality and clarity. As a first time computer repair, it's easy, just be gentle, do your research and dint forget to remove the screen protector. Also just reuse the adhesive tape.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered for a customer. their screen was damaged, Installed it today when they brought in their laptop... The video clerly shows lines etc on the screen. Used an old screen from another repair and that worked fine. Clearly the ordered screen is defective...unfortunately my return winow has expired...
