Echo ESX Sooth Sound

This machine is wonderful. I bought it for my toddlers room and I wish i would have gotten one sooner. I'm in love with the "waves" setting. My daughter has a small room so this sound machine is plenty loud!! I have it currently set at 1/2 volume and it blocks out other sounds outside her room.My other fav part of this device is that it has a battery option for on the go. And they GIVE you batteries! Who does this anymore?! Three AA Energizer batteries included. Awesome.Lastly the price was hard to beat. $15.99 is dirt cheap. I just bought a second one for my nephew. That's how impressed I am.

I ordered 2 of these, one for each of my child's rooms. One of them worked and one didn't. The one that worked is wonderful. I will be returning the sound machine that didn't work.I was also disappointed in how long it took to receive the two sound machines. I'm assuming now that I have to return one that I will be waiting a while to get another. Hopefully it works this time.I also read in other reviews before purchasing that the batteries were corroded.. I can share that the batteries in BOTH machines were corroded when I received them.But overall, the working machine is great and the sound is definitely loud enough (which I was worried about after reading some reviews).Hope this is helpful to the readers. All was good. I just hope you receive a working machine.

I've been looking for a sound machine for quite sometime now. By far this one was the best price I could find. I love that I can adjust the volume and that I can have it run all night or until I turn it off. Ive been looking for one that could run constantly for my daughters room. She has a sleep sheep one but it doesn't run continuously only has timers on it. I use that one for on the go. And this one in her room. This has the option for batteries includeed) or plug. The only sounds i like on it are rain stream amd ocean. The heartbeat and womb do not sound great at all. The sound kinda goes on and out as well too. But i guess for the priced it does its job.

We bought this sound maxhine when our child was an infant. It has lasted almost 5 years. We uaed this almoat every night. Only issue now is that the speaker is blown. For avoit 10 dollars, it lasted 5 years. I wouldnt use it for an adult.

This is a nice little machine but not as loud as I would like. Until I received it, I was unaware that it is intended to go in a baby's nursery to provide a soothing background noise for the infant. The heartbeat sound is useless to me and a little bit creepy and the lullaby sound (which I didn't know about until I received the unit) is no help at all for me. The "womb" sound is just a distorted version of the heartbeat sound. The ocean sound seems phonied up to me. The brook sound is okay. The rain sound is the closest to white noise. I was looking for something to cover up ambient noise that tends to wake me up. I probably should have immediately returned the item for a refund but now I have waited too long. If you just need a little white noise, this is okay but if you are seeking to cover up the noise of neighbors who are on a different schedule look for something else.

This broke last night after about 9 months of use. Of course, it went out in spectacular fashion. Around 2am it produced a 3-second heart stopping screeching noise and then cut out. Destroyed baby's night sleep. Not only that, but now we don't have a sound machine that has become a sleep association for her. What a nightmare!While this machine WAS working it was lackluster. You can clearly hear the loop for some of the sounds. So much so that it has woken me up when I was napping with her. The only reason I had kept it was because it made noise and I didn't want to deal with the hassle or returning it and finding a new one. Even at it's low price it isn't worth the money. Skip it.

OK so my children's room is next to our family room, which meant that when they went down we had to be VERY VERY quiet or leave the room altogether because the noise from the TV or even us laughing would wake my 11 month old. I didn't want to spend a ton on a sound machine and found this for a terrific price and with good reviews. What a difference it has made!! I mean seriously. The machine has to be plugged in and only has 6 sounds to choose from, but its perfect for us! My baby loves the rain noise and with just the push of a button it turns on. The volume is adjustable and the panel even glows when you touch any of the buttons (a great feature since i usually take her in to the room when its pitch black). She now sleeps through the night and doesn't wake up with every sound or creak, which makes for a happy baby and happy mommy!

I received this product at a discount for my honest opinion. I am pleased with this product, it had all the functions that I needed yet simplistic in design. Volume is a little weird going from the third level to the fourth one, but not that big of a deal.
