Use only with a heat sink
Dont be like me. Read the directions and do not use for even one second without the heatsink and fan. If not for my ignorance I believe these would have worked very well.

These are 30x30, not 40x40mm
Description says both, but product specs say 1.57” which is 40mm.

Would be better if came with thermal paste, which is required for proper application.
