The 20th Century Children's Book Treasury! Celebrated Picture Books and Stories to Read Aloud

I grew up reading this book.. It's wonderful to finally be able to add it back to my personal library. Great for kids and nostalgic for adults.

Condition not as described, extremely musty smelled of mold and color changes on edges. Tried letting it air out, that hasn't helped. It was definitely stored near flooding or mold. For some this would be no problem but for us it is.

This book has the same stories and illustrations you would find in the single book editions. The book is large enough for sharing on a lap. The large size will be difficult for small children to hold without help, but the book is well bound and should bring hours of pleasure.

This was our 2nd copy of this book. We enjoy the stories and pictures together in story circle or for bedtime. The only problem with large volumes like this is when they start falling apart. Thankfully many sellers have great deals on here!

I bought this for all my married children, because I loved my own. Even buying used was a great choice. Great condition.

This is a beautiful book!

I think every parent/grandparent should have this book. It is fantastic compilation of children's stories, favorites to be read over and over. Well worth the price.

My 5 year old adored this book! It was a lovely mix of all kinds of picture books. It was even nice for me to revisit storied from when I was a child. Book arrived on time and was in a great condition.
